    Good news, everybody!!

Meant to be dropping in Summer 2010 (half a year after the japanese release, same as with VC1). But even if we dont get a release here, UMD's arent region locked are they? So importing a english language version will be possible.

Phew, can stop my plans to learn Japanese....for now!!

Yeah but it has a bigger market share in Japan (well, until the PS3 slim arrived) so was a move to gain better sales. Any move to make the series more well known and supported by SEGA is good.

    Also, small teaser vid

Sega probably couldn't afford another HD system flop so moved to a cheaper development system that has a big install base. Also i believe it has some co-op features so the psp wireless play would sell it. I know ps3 has psn but that would require more development rather then letting people play ad-hoc on a train.

Apparently in Japan, wireless play on DS and PSP is massive on trains. DQIX and Monster Hunter Portable 2G parties form from strangers on trains.
