Developer/Management Company laid poison in estate

    Hi,

Either the developer or the management company (both are currently denying they did it) sprayed a wooded area around the estate I live in with rat poison. Obviously this poison is dangerous to more than just rats (kids, cats, dogs). The area is right beside houses which have pets and young children.

I was wondering if anybody has experience with this? Is this legal?

    Thanks

If both are denying it is it possible that it was done by a third party such as a neighbour?

I was thinking the same myself. In which case I feel the poison is laid illegally and the management company have to remove it.

    Thanks

Poison should never be laid in a public area without a notice being posted. I would be pretty sure the management company would not do something so irresponsible.

On the pets thing I've never heard of a managed development that allows dogs? Managed developments are usually high density which makes dogs a no no due to the disturbance risk to other properties.
