Which paper for a job?

If I were to look for a job in the local papers, which one would be best?

I know that you can look online but I am looking to change my job and would love to work locally. Mostly the online sites seem to cover only Dublin so I thought the local papers would be best.

    Any recommendations?

Leinster express always has a healthy number of job adverts......
however most employers would use on-line advertising nowadays...

i agree with sydthebeat, online application is your best bet but if you must go for a paper, the Leinster Express or the Laois Voice.
