Heading over for a bitta DCU rag week tonight (sorry for polluting your campus, muaha) , but confused RE: buses

As far as I can see, both the 11A and 11B go from Clonskeagh to DCU... But does anyone have experience of getting them? Whats the difference between the two and which should I be getting, and more importantly where is the stop for them relative to UCD?

    Cheers

edit: meant to say UCD -> DCU.. whoops

The 11B goes from outside the Sports Complex in UCD directly to DCU. The 11 and 11A can be gotten from outside the Clonskeagh entrance to UCD and both go to DCU. They're all grand to get it'll take about an hour depending on traffic.

Bus stop in Clonskeagh is accross the road from the AIB just at the entrance to UCD.

The 4 goes from Blackrock village which would be pretty useless if going from UCD.

No the 4a goes from Stradbrook to Harristown garage. The 4 starts at Blackrock village and goes to Ballymun. They go along the same route as the 45/7 through to town which is through Ballsbridge.

think your right, they changed the 4 route when they brought out the 4a. used to get the 4 to st vincents the whole time
