Should be straighforward enough ,but a customer of mine, while inserting a USB stick into the back of the PC, thinks she hit something on the keyboard and now her display has basically turned on its head. Is the some knid of hot keys or something that does this?? How can she get it back to normal?

DId that before. Ctrl + ALT and up, down, left or right should do it

It turned 90 degrees once on me and I restored the settings to how they were the day before and that fixed it for me:D

One of my favourite April fools pranks:p
As already stated, for onboard Intel graphics cards, it should be ctrl+alt+direction
Or right click on the desktop > graphics options > rotation > normal
