Recessed ceiling speakers

Can anyone recommend some recessed ceiling speakers for me?

I want to put one into the kitchen and sun room. I am not massive into music etc but I love something on in the background. Especially some of the chat internet radio stations.

So not looking for the best ever - but a combination of good value with decent / good performance.

It was also suggested to me to look for the stereo speakers in one unit - any suggestions?

Also, finally, can anyone suggest a good online resource where I can read about the best systems, amps etc to put into a home.

    Thanks,

If it's just for background music why not buy a pair of 6" dual cone car speakers and spray the grills white. I sought out similar to what you're looking for and found mostly 100V line units designed for Public Address. So thats what I ended up doing (although I didn't spray them).
Peats used to sell these but it's been a while since I was there.
Maplin too sell speakers mybe they're worth a try.
