GLS (& Jes) again...!

    I odered a camera from Jes on Friday , got the shipping notifcation early Monday with the tracking number etc . The GLS site (tried a variety of them) has no record of the number (yes - I only used the first 11 digits) and Jes haven't come back to me yet.

    Has anyone else had this sort of GLS experience recently ?

    I had the same problem, but the delivery came in 6 days, just be patient.

    Well Jes seem to be very bad with addresses; when I ordered so products from them they left out half of the address. Which made it impossible for GLS to deliver, not that GLS have enough trouble delivering when they have the full address.....
    But my hatred for GLS is a whole other story!

    If I where you i'd be ringing them, bout lunch time I find you'll get through quickest, when you ring them as much as I did you get to know these things.
    When they get the package either give them your full address or do what I did; go and get the parcel yourself!

    The code they provided me with didn't work either but i got my delivery a week after they shiped it out. Give it a few days then start to worry more.

    Well a phone call to GLS around 12:20 didn't get me any info - they couldn't find it. However I see now that it is showing up and it's in the UK since early this morning. So it's more or less on track..it's going to my work address which is not only short but known by all the delivery people..
