    Evening weight was 101.2 in all my gear, my shoes weigh a kilo + shorts, heavy t-shirt and kneesleeves means i'm under 100 in the evening. I think i'm training early tomorrow so i'll see what i weigh in the morning. <98 would be nice.

    edit: tonight felt relly good every thing was snappy. So i'm expecting a good session tomorrow. I've a feeling i'm going to remember how to clean again.

    I wouldn't say no to 100/120 tomorrow boo having a program :pac:

    A) Stay Healthy, most of it is elbow/shoulder type crap

    ii) I want to be massive

    C) Because i can. Recovery isn't a huge issue so i'll keep sneaking in a bit of work untill it becomes one.

    My right hand has been going through various levels of numbness for the past few weeks, started with ring finger and pinky, but it's more thumb, index and middle now.

    I keep waking up with my hand and or arm completely dead, and i've a fair amount of pain for a while in the morning.

    Google is basically trying to tell me im fucked!

    Suggestions on a postcard.
