I ordered the Olympus 7-14 f2.8. It took about 8-10 working days to arrive. It was shipped from a UK address iirc, so there were no customs charges. The lens was perfect, no complaints here.

Got my lens delivered on Friday. As with previous orders, item was shipped from Manchester, so they must have a warehouse located there.Another painless transaction with eglobalcentral, I'll definitely be purchasing again from them.

i ordered a lens yesterday ... my order is showing as 'Processing' .... what are my chances of having the lens by next Friday the 13th?

I ordered my lens on April 20th and received it on 3rd May.

Just an update I'm still waiting for my camera to ship :mad:
There customer service is utterly useless.
I got an update yesterday after threatening to raise a paypal compliant (seems to be the only way they answer) , saying my camera had shipped ...yet today my order history still has it as Packing and delivering soon.
It's been in "packing and delivering soon" for the past 3 days now.

So another email sent to complain just now.

I wouldn't mind but I'm ready to order two more lenses if I only had some satisfaction from them. Can anyone recommend another e-global type company ? The Sigma Art Series lenses are really much cheaper compared to amazon.

I wouldn't be too optimistic of seeing it next week unless they have plenty in stock. But you might be lucky. If it doesn't move from Processing to Dispatched today then it's not in stock and the waiting begins.

Another update here I was contacted on Friday again with a tracking number that simply states that the package is in Manchester. That was Thursday night and it has still not moved.

But at least it's a little closer.

Camera arrived this morning

It's not the Kit box but a D7200 body along with a white box 18-140mm lens.
No Lens hood with it though. Not sure if that's correct.

Where (how) are people getting cameras/lens shipped to. I can't seem to specify an Irish address and their FAQs only mention mainland UK as a destination!??

A lens arrived for me that cost €400. I wasn't charged any duty or VAT.

I ordered a 18-55mm DX VRII lens from them and it was shipped on 10th of May. They advertise the shipping time as 6-8 days and the tracking says its left Hong Kong but its not showed up here yet. Has anyone else had an order take this long?

It was ordered on the 9th, shipped on the 10th, arrived in UK on the 13th and was delivered on the 15th
