I know it's not on the round numbers table, but broke 13 minutes tonight for 2 miles and am delighted! (12.54). It's our last two miler of the winter, so am v happy to have finally done it!:)

    Nice run!

Is there space to put it in the 3k box with (2m) in brackets? You clearly smashed the 3k requirement :D

I might do the 3k that Krusty suggested , so I will wait for an official t3k time. Am delighted though. I broke 13 back in 2013 (once!) so I feel I am back where I was and hopefully can improve a bit now.

McMillan gives it an equivalent 12.01 3k time so maybe head out to Shanganagh and prove him wrong :). Might see you out there

It's a few weeks away so surely I can get 1 sec faster in that time:)

So near and yet so far! 6 minutes dead in the mile tonight. Oh well, two more tries before the end of the race series!

A PB (as an adult, first 3k since....ooh nearly a quarter of a century :o ) so got to be happy with this! It was a Fit4Life on tarmac'd park, gently undulating but overall a fast course. Third lady too so all in all a good evening's work :)

Brian Boru/Leinster 10 mile championship road race. Delighted, over the moon with this one :D It was my 'gold goal' but in all honesty, it was an outside chance as I had had some interrupted training during the last four weeks. It's an 8 minute and 36 sec improvement on my old PB but that was my first 10 mile last August. It hurt but was really worth it :)

I am terrible at typing on the iPad. It took me so long to tap the right part of the table that I couldn't face typing any more. Well, I am very surprised to have a new PB. I have been uninjured now since about last November, but since my 10k in Cork and the subsequent 5 hour car journey home, I have been having a bit of back / hamstring tightness and wasn't even sure I would run tonight. I thought I would just go over and warm up and see how I felt (it was the Raheny Mile, which is always a bit harrowing and nerve wracking as all the speedsters come down to get selected for the Road Relay teams). So I warmed up, felt ok, a bit tight, but decide to run anyway. It's one lap of our usual road race route, and I just went off quite hard, and tried to hold on. I didn't think I was running faster than two weeks ago,but maybe the fact that there were bigger numbers in the race spurred me on? Anyway, passed a few people on the back straight, and the final corner, and really tried to push on to the line. Was really happy to hear a time with a five in it. JUST under 6, but good enough for me :)

Oops, Dubgal's 10 miler has disappeared. Could someone technically gifted (Career Move, I think that's you :D ?) fix it. Or we could just wait until DG updates the table again, I doubt it'll be too long!
