Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Aguero in for Giroud's blank is the one jumping out at me most as things stand.

Hopefully bank the transfer. Can field 11 with no changes or hits

Gomis has to go straight back out after costing me -4 this week  I Will look at either Vardy or Remy to replace him.

I really want to ship Eriksen as well despite him playing Newcastle. He has done absolutely nothing for me. Fab is a possibilty if he manages not to get booked.

Looking like Vary for Austin and maybe then either Philips for Henderson or Eriksen for Sterling - will see how the liverpool game goes on Monday

Taylor's suspension brings me down to 10 players

    Reshuffle required

Eriksen & Rose on the chopping block. Bad week for it though!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,724 ✭✭✭kennyb3

Eriksen has to go. Most of rest of my team could do with going too. 3 terrible weeks in row. Need to get in some relegation fighters

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,264 ✭✭✭✭manual_man

Giroud to Bony for -4? Madness? Would bring me up to XI starters (Touch wood) for GW33, and may play Bony GW34 also

edit: actually thinking keeping Giroud now and getting in Yaya for Sanchez for -4 instead

    PVA --> Schlupp

Probably Benteke to Remy as can't afford to bench him. Want him back for GW35 though.

will be sad to see him go and will welcome him back with open arms in 35
without a doubt my nest signing this season!
always had a soft spot for him and this ain't gonna change it :D

Thinking the same myself, is he still playing as a winger?

Hmm I could actually do Bellerin to Ivan and bench Benteke but it would mean going without Remy who both my rivals have got in. Not sure I would want to double up on Chelsea defence either though.

I'm just going to bench him next week. He's playing too well to let go, and I'll use my transfers fot dgw players. I had also planned to bring in Giroud for him after tha blank but I'll put that on hold too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,159 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Can field 11 as it stands, have 2ft's. I might well bring in Bolasie for Punch.

yes but my long term plan was to get Murray in for 33\34 so if I bench benteke I have to sell Kane a week sooner than planned.........not outside the realms of possibility!

banking the transfer and going to play with 10. Foster is on my bench injured and pantillimon hasn't a match.

Playing for clean sheets is negative anyway :pac:

moved to LB the game I bought him!
got a clean sheet that day but is far less attacking

Think I'm going to leave Naughton for the rest of the season - don't particularly need the cash, have Ivanovic, Bertrand and Rose at the back, with Bruce to come in for emergencies. Would be a waste of a transfer at this stage.

Currently only looking at Ozil sitting out this week with Ameobi coming in for him, would like 2FT next week so will hopefully sit on the transfer this week.

Feck it. Kane --> Nugent done.
I don't have much to lose anyway.

I like that plan, but it doesn't fit well into my plans for GW34,

I thinking along the lines of Philips/Austin out for Vardy and Henderson, will mean i have 12 players for GW33, and have henderson for GW34, and then plan after that. Obv will wait till after Monday's game.

Might take a risk and dump Kane off for Remy depending on what I see today. I rate Remy and Kane's been poor.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,816 ✭✭✭LostArt

Kane to Vardy for me. As a spurs fan I can safely say we're on the beach.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,787 ✭✭✭Benimar

Either Murray or Vardy in for Austin.

ML rival has Murray but tempted by Vardys extra game.

Have this team for 33 but I'm in total freefall and looking for help.

I have dropped from 17k to 41k in a little over 2 gweeks.

Your team looks well balanced, player I'd have out first would be Eriksen, got him out before their blank and he's been poor well before that.

Who to get though that plays in 33 and 34? If I kept him I'd have two ft to move him and Ozil out for 34 with Giroud as well for a -4.

I'm in the same boat with Eriksen and think I have to keep him this week. There is no obvious replacement.

On the plus side I just worked out I can have 2 CHE/3 LIV/2 LEI for GW34 and 3 ARS and 1 SUN for GW37 with only 1 4 point hit

Think I will do Ozil to Fabregas giving me 3 Chelsea.

Got in Cambiasso this week and left him on bench with view to next week and upcoming dgw.

Contemplating a Terry Ivan double up now...can see Jose parking the bus against United and Arsenal.

watch the aguero doubters come crawling back for this gw, ideal captain pick.

West Ham defence was atrocious yesterday too.

    City are a wounded animal.

My only worry for Aguero captaining is that they'll be dead from their wounds by next week.

On the other hand, there's few things more dangerous than a wounded animal ;)

Giroud and Sanchez in the team. Hard to drop Giroud in this kind of form, thinking of shipping Sanchez out, any ideas of a replacement? (Hazard, Fabregas and Silva already in my team).

Despite my pretty poor run in the last 3 weeks, 1 transfer will get me 11 and a sub for gw33.

Meanwhile most of my rivals get to play a game of how the fcuk do I field 11 without taking huge hits. 2 in top 6 missing 6 each. No wildcard.

Can field a very poor 11 (5 defenders) next week, gonna back and make hay on the DGW.

This happened me last year on the big blank GW, was carefully set up to field a pretty decent 11 and rubbing my hands at the gains I was gonna make in my league against lads who could only field 6 or 7. I got pasted, fupping Fabian Delph scored big if I recall!!
