    Theres a 10k race in the park sunday morning if you wanna do that then knock out some miles at a decent clip after.

    What time is it on at? Might get a few miles in before then run the 10k at MP pace

    Oh count me in for about 11k (not miles!) at about 9:30 pace for Sunday in Phoenix park (and this time a totally won't get horribly drunk and pull out at 5am the night before).
