Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I've seen them all numerous times, Taxi 4 is a French movie directed by Luc Besson, which I've decided to watch. This one's no where near as good as the previous 3 but still worth a watch.

    The Taxi series is one of my favourite movie series. Really worth watching if you can get your hands on them.

    Yep, me and Duck Girl there kissed and made up - so we are hosting a Boards wedding! Only I'm groom, Photographer, and half the guests, everyone is invited and of course Kess is now going to be the priest - why.. Because we want him too!     Nah it is more fun knowing that you know her to see and salute her. If she wants to say who she is on here, then that's up to her. :D

    Weidly enough and on a kinda related note, there seems to be a few on here that are BCG boardsies if a few PMs over the months were being truthful. I defo know of two that do live in your area, one of them turned out to be the guy I saw save the kid from the car on the main road a year or so ago. Turned out my friend knew who he was when I described him and his car, and she mentioned it to him and he joined Boards to see the thread I started about him.


    I did actually live near you once upon a time myself as I had a house on the main road, not a million miles from an ex mod of this very forum, Cephalopod Willy.

    Yeah, I'm 5'10 and he's reasonably near my height (says he's 6'1) but I have it on good information it's all an illusion ;) lol :D

    As for Kess, he likes to be a man of mystery lol :D

    i went to see him a couple of years ago out in UL and tbh, i couldnt decipher a word, but my mate thought he was "mad craic altogether", the same girl found kilnascully funny... :confused:

    basically he runs around the stage shouting, pretty much throughout the whole show really, i just didnt get it.

    FFS, just seen posts on the ULSU events page on FB... they've sheep in the smoking area of the stables for tonights farmers ball for rag week. as in ACTUAL sheep. in the smoking area, in that noisy environment, full of drunk students. Reported it on the limerick animal welfare page already. How ****ing stupid do you have to be?!!

    [Rant]There's an article on the front page called "The long way from Clare to here", It describes a plan put forward by Cllr Gilligan to make Athlunkard bridge one way outbound in order to reduce traffic on the Corbally Road.

    Yeah that's a great idea John :rolleyes:, well done, so instead of coming in Corbally Road, ALL that traffic will wind up going out through Parteen (Which wouldn't be able to handle that volume of traffic) and then trying to come in New Road, Ennis Road and Condell Road. Making those roads which are already over crowded at peak times even worse.

    You are an IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!

    It really goes to show what kind of morons pass as public representatives in this city.[/Rant]

    I needed to top up the coolant in my car, I was up near Halfords last Sunday and called to check the price, iirc it was €11, I didn't buy it. today I went to Limerick Brakes motor factors in Catherdral Place and bought it for €3.

    Now there's some mark-up for Haldfords.

    Trying to find the best deal, the voucher is only still available in Carphone Warehouse, So I'm going in on Monday when things have died down around the house! (sisters 21st tonight, so getting everything ready for it!) Then I'll be changing over! :)
