I know i won't sleep tonight, my mind is in over drive. I have three weeks to make a decision that could affect me for the remainder of my life. I kinda know what the answer will be but this would just confirm it. I thought before it was an easy decision and had already made my mind up months before but now it has arrived and i have given it some more thought, i'm not sure if i want to know now. I'll be letting a few people down but its my life.

Also annoyed with a friend, he used his powers in job and went snooping about another friend. I'm fumming, i didn't even speak with him last night. Arrrrrggggg!!

Nicked the wall when parking my car. Only a wee tiny scratch about the size of a fingernail near the bottom at the back of the car that nobody will ever see or notice, but I know it's there. :(

    Raging with myself!

Did this myself not too long ago, it's a little heartbreaking. :pac: When I first got my new car, I was super protective of it. Parking ideally somewhere that only one side of the car was exposed to potential morons ramming it with their doors.

Queue me being akin to one of those morons and parking too close to a wall to allow plenty of door opening room to people on the exposed side, to limit potential door banging. Hit the bloody wall. :o

I feel your pain awec. :D

Listening to The XX for the first time. I really don't get the hype around them. Don't do it for me personally.

Does anyone else have one of those washer / dryer combos?

Do you ever find that stuff comes out still wet after a drying cycle? I mean really wet (and really warm).

Almost as if the moisture isn't escaping? I had a look, usually tumble dryers have a water tray you empty but this doesn't seem to have one.

Protip: The washer/drier combos don't have water trays, as they are designed to drain excess drying water out the same waste pipe as is used in a wash cycle.

However, washer/drier combos are typically awful, and don't work well. Space saving yes, but I've heard plenty of complaints over the years about how crappy they are!

(I worked part time selling electrical crud for years, I don't have some weird household appliance fetish! :pac: )

Yep but it's a rented apartment so I can't really change it. Even if I could, don't really have space for seperate washer / dryers. :(

It does suck though, it means the washing takes way longer! Can't wash and dry at the same time.

Maybe speak to the landlord about getting it looked at cause the drier part doesn't seem to work? :) It should be their responsibility to provide working appliances.
