The key here is to make the best of the fine weather. I am going to ask the boss for 2 half days first thing tomorrow morning. I am going snorkelling!

the very high temps tonight in the east is a sign of things to come tomorrow, tomorrow is going to be exceptionally warm in Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow away from the coast. 26C quite widespread tomorrow, could even sneak a 27C.

I'm in west cork, it got warm & the sun came out for 1hr today then the fog rolled back in again now there's a heavy misty rain. There were 20+ dolphins in bantry bay this afternoon tho.

Hey in Ireland, there's no problem with getting excited by a FEW DAYS of hot weather (not 1).

And its just as sad to be excited for a rain system in Seville.

Did you know, that people actually get excited for good weather reletive to their climate?

    God.

And FYI, the weather looks good enough for the foreseeable future.

I'm pretty sure Ireland would cease to function in 40C. :pac:

Somewhere in southern Spain will reach the high 40's Tuesday. Would not be surprised to see a 46/47 degC

    116.9 °F / 47.2 °C[2] Murcia July 4, 1994* is record.

Seville is only 4*C warmer than Dublin at the moment. The lower humidity is allowing the temperature the plummet after sunset.

17.7C start here in Greystones. Gonna be a hot one today!

18.2c atm here in Dublin 16. Overnight low of 17.8c.

I think today (only) will be Dublin's chance of seeing some high temps. Wind today should be SW to S. Tomorrow wind is forecast to be SE, which will peg temps back a bit in Dublin, certainly within a couple of km of the coast.

Not great here in east Galway.
