Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

OP should get that guy from the Motors forum who took the clamp off the other Boardsie's car. Nice, clean job with no damage to the car or the clamp.

I really hope its not HMV vouchers!

Re the suggestions that there may be porn in the safe - how f**ked up would your porn have to be for you to feel the need to install an underground safe to keep it in. That would be some naaasty porn right there!

Pfft. He did in me bollix. He died of curiosity wondering what the fcuk was in the safe.
He owned the safe, possible it came with a key.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,297 ✭✭✭Son0vagun

Juice1304 has been in touch. He has never picked a lock like this before. It's a double bit key lock and would need certain pick that he does not have. It would take him two weeks to get the pick. But he is confidant he will open it.

However this does not help me out with all you impaticent people who are baying for my blood. So tomorrow it's back to the chisel and drill to see if I can get a look in.

I don't take kindly to being called a troll. It's no wonder most OPs stop replying.

I will not wait 2 weeks. Each day that passes after tomorrow, I will buy a safe and put a puppy into each safe and bury it at the beach until you open that safe.

It might be this model OP:

    http://www.esafes.co.uk/uploaded/241x321xunderfloor1.jpg.pagespeed.ic.8hnAgeLHDC.jpg

Which would at best you'll be drilling into it at an angle which would be difficult.

    Ignore the haters.

I'd say open up the safe to the public of After Hours. 10 quid for 10 minutes of trying to open it. Split the contents.

    completely agree with the above.

A troll would have opened the safe already as they are quite huge and strong. So I can say with certainty that you are not a troll.

It's a safe! Would you be happy if you spent money on a safe that could be opened by "baiting the absolute bollix" out of it. I don't think so!

Okay folks, show’s over. Nothing to see here, show’s – OH MY GOD, it's a safe buried in concrete!

Hey everybody, get a load of this man trying to open this safe!

Come on, crowd around, crowd around, don’t be shy, crowd around

A rag and some chloroform does the trick,

Getting it professionally lock-picked by a locksmith would be one of the more blatant methods for achieving this

Am definitely getting a safe and burying it in the back garden before I die!!!

Encasing it in concrete would be better but a bit too much work............

Must remember to lock it before I bury it though.

But the op said he's not doing that so I can't see the safe coming out of this too well

Put a bit of superglue into the lock to really annoy the future locksmiths :D

I'd love to help OP but i'm in dublin and you're in meath.

I've to put the kids to bed, plus i'm only after eating too much from the chinese.

Plus i want to watch derek later on channel 4 and i'm tired.

Carry on there doing whatever it is you are doing.

Ah, the Jeremy Clarkson School of Engineering. I find shouting "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!" loudly and throwing tools about also quite effective.

This has the anti climax of Feeky Magee written all over it. It'll be empty, I really really don't want it to be but I reckon it will.

Although maybe he opened it and there is after being a big find and he's trying to find a way to get circa 500 people off the trail :D
