Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you really are looking over ebay.. you can get amazing deals.. I bought something few days ago at a ridiculous low price. I just have to wait to see if it will ever arrive. I am not saying what it is not to jinx it :p

I saw these lockers at Coolmine Railway Station this evening. I hadn't noticed them before so I'm not sure how long they've been there. There's twelve in total.

Big fan of the new bus lane on the north quays going from the convention centre to west. Makes a big difference not to be afraid of getting hit by car doors opening there.

first time ever having both tyres go flat in day, rear went flat when vavle broke from pump and had change that, then on way back from bike store with ironcially new tubes my front hit a stone and went out pretty much straight away.
Decided was quicker to wheel it home than change it, annoying as end of my ride was a nice sprint where hit a good speed.

On side note getting pretty cold out their that even im feeling it.

    Sinead o'connor married again

    Question is would ya?

I don't think it's that long since there was a thing on the radio about her looking for a new fella.

There'd be a personality clash between her and I, so that'd be a no.

    I like this one:

A blind man once stepped on Chuck Norris' shoe. Chuck replied, "Don't you know who I am? I'm Chuck Norris!" The mere mention of his name cured this mans blindness. Sadly, the first. last and only thing this man ever saw, was a fatal roundhouse delivered by Chuck Norris.

finally ordered a kurt kinetic road machine last week. theres an add on computer that gives you very accurate power readings but you can use a chart to easily covert speed to power
    http://www.kurtkinetic.com/documents/Power_Curves419.pdf

ordering the pro flywheel add on next
    http://www.parker-international.co.uk/18512/Kurt-Kinetic-Pro-Flywheel.html

then it will be the perfect sprint trainer! gonna modify the roller for better grip

Doesn't quite deserve a thread of its own, but here's what I set up with a €2 set of christmas lights and some electric tape on Saturday.

Feck it, chain got caught in itself (curled at two ends of itself) earlier on the way to work and is well bent out of shape. Seems to have fecked up the rear derailleur too.

Chain kept popping off the singlespeed last night and the wind was a bitch, so I decided to swap it out and commute on the MTB until I'd given the singlespeed some TLC.

I wake up this morning to people going on about snow on facebook. Epic timing.

Though perhaps the MTB wasn't the best choice. Having to put in effort to keep above 35kph with a tailwind is....demotivating.

Sir Chris Hoy gets dog's abuse on Twitter for his refereeing of Tottenham vs. Stoke on Sunday.

Was a very poor day for the ref, but Stoke games are easily the hardest ones to call I think. Still, a pro should be able to do better.

I think one of the vets in Dublin Wheelers has one of their redbull range. Looked pretty sweet to me. Didn't ride it though. They have gotten good reviews in the magazines, mainly for their value for money.
