Evenin' all. Jaysus that was some day. Went to check about a part-time job, was in the yard walking around for about half an hour, me feckin head and shoulders are burned!! :rolleyes:

On another note, watching Silent Hill. I recorded it last night. I'm about half an hour or so into it. Weird...

Is it any good? I've never watched it because I always heard how crap it is. But I only ever heard about from gamers so I don't know how accurate the reveiws really are.

Someone needs to bottle motivation so I can have little shot when I get into my not doing anything funks.

That was stallone wasn't it? Great film.

Also speaking of Van Damme the live action Street Fighter film is one of the greatest things ever recorded.

Also have you ever watched JCVD? It's great. It's a film about Van Damme getting stuck in a post office robbery. Tell me that's not the greatest plot you've ever heard.

The Mortal Kombat series was originally gonna be a game based on Jean-Claude Van Damme, but that sort of fell through and it became Mortal Kombat. Johnny Cage is something of a parody of JCVD.

It's well worth a watch. It's kinda of along the lines of the Coors ads he's been doing where it pokes a lot of fun at him but there's some serious in it. And he actually shows a decent acting streak in it.

Haven't seen the wraith but I really want to. Might have to avoid the cool as ice.

While we're on trailers, I watched this recently just because Roddy Piper is in it. Completely farcical.

ill get right rectifying that, cant be having ya disappointed :pac:, after I've watched the new Total Recall (though shall not mess with an Arnie classic) but im trying to keep an open mind.

:pac::pac: Vanilla Ice is what I think will make it so bad its funny kinda way plus some bike porn for ya. Is there actually any decent bike related films? First one always springs to mind for me is Bikerboyz which was rubbish.

Bikerboyz was awful. The only bike related film you need is Easy Rider.

Yeah, Biker Boys was pretty awful alright. But it's nowhere near as bad as Torque. If you haven't seen it, watch it to see just how bad a movie can be. Especially the girls fighting on bikes. Shocking stuff!

No good bike movies though, but docu/movies would be Faster and Fastest. All about MotoGP.

I think I've seen that juust can;t remember much about it probably not a bad thing though, I heard the TT documentary is brilliant?

This week can go and suck my fcuking ass :mad:, last week had a bit of spare cash so spent a few quid on things I wanted not knowing this week I would somehow stupidly mis place 400 euro were its gone I don't know have to pay 160 euro in penalty point fines and of a consequence of said penalty points can't do my usual stamp the car off the road so am now having to tax my car for 6 months at 400 euro aswell and its only poxy Wednesday and the car is overdue a service which will be a couple hundred more I wonder what else can happen this week

. I want this week over.

Yeh was thinking that but the way this week is going it be just my luck that they will check the system. Im now curious as to how my insurance will be effected now that I have 4 penalty point in all my years of driving I got 2 penalty points which are long gone and now I get 4 in the space of a few weeks. I'd love a vodka now:o.

I've 4 aswell and my insurance company didn't penalise me.

I adore Silent Hill because it freaks the crap out of me. Never played the games though. Also, the sequel is total rubbish...

I saw the first Silent Hill movie, and it was bad, but films based off video games rarely have high standards. It wasn't the worst I've ever seen, that goes to Alone in the Dark *shudder*.

The annoying things is I wouldnt mind getting them if I had been speeding excessively, or had no seat belt or something both were for speeding less than 15kmh over the speed limit and one at 00:50 and the other 2:05 in the morning dirty basterds had them both on straight long stretchs of straight roads at that hour purely there for getting more tax out of us nothing to do with safety on them roads or at that hour, they already have me on the higher tax rate on my wages bleed ya fcuking dry country really is a joke taxed to shiit on everything.

From what I remember its only Aviva that penalise you for having points, having said that its been 2 years since I worked in insurance so things might have changed

That's the thing that annoys me the most!! At one stage I had 10 points on my licence and all of them (except one) was for 8mph over the limit or 10mph over the limit. It's hardly speeding FFS! AND was caught in what would not be a dangerous place but has stupidly low speed limits too!!

Pisser Marty, I feel your pain. Re: servicing, what does it need? Is it the basics oil, plugs, filters etc.?

Ah stop right pain in the nads, if I was doing double the speed limit at 5 p.m I would hold my hands up and they say the cameras are in accident blackspots my hole every camera I see is alway's placed on a straight stretch of road with a very low speed limit so they can catch the max amount of people.

Yeh just the basics I have a mate who does the likes of my brakes for free so just get it serviced and the Honda stamp for piece of mind really the Accord has a chain not a belt and Honda guarantee the chain for life once you have a full Honda service history, smart ploy by them really but Honda even for the gold standard service as they call it, work out at 250. If they notice anything or want to do anything else I always tell them no thanks. Hopefully this will be the last service I give her If I can ever find a car I like

Howdy all!

Got a distinction in the last unit of coursework I handed up so I'm frickin' delighted. Was boarding the mark for the last two units but got pulled down on silly things like grammer/spelling and lack of referances. Only referanced paragraphs where it was asked, but apparently it should be every answer :rolleyes: So I'm just a bit chuffed with myself

Can still aim for a distinction for the overall thing now

Went to Lidls today and bought this new tub of cookie dough ice-cream for about €2.50. MOTHER OF GOD IT'S DELISCIOUS.
Even nicer than Ben & Jerrys!

I think the brand is called McKennedys. It's American style anyways. Couldn't get one of the artist easels they had on special offer ass it weighted a ton and I don't have a car. Oh well..

I was toying with the idea of wearing a colourful dress and putting my bridesmaids in white... Was thinking of a purple dress... but we'll see!
