    any one fancy a sneaki crack of dawn 50+ km run from Hollywood to Glendalough and back on sat 21st,its a little bit hilly,,(aimman has already wussed out):D

    Defo taking it easy this weekend so I will not see you. I was considering it earlier in the week but tiredness has set in. Reckon a few beers tonight with the non running mates who I have abandoned will sort me out.

    Seeing as it's just Vagga and I so far, we're going to arrive in the Park around 8.30am. So if anyone intends to run with us, post here before 8am and we'll meet you at 8.30 at the Papal Cross car park.

    ill be doin the kildare marathon route on sun morn,startin atb 7:00am @ 4hr:15 mara pace.if anyone wants to jump in at any point i can drop them back to their car.....................,have to be in wrk for 12ish

    No I will give that a lash - quite close to the hard session I missed doing yesterday. Those hard sessions are always easier with others.

    Worst case you guys drop me by a couple of mins over the middle fast bits :)
