When is he back in action?

January in Abu Dhabi as far as I know.

Edit: Yep, HSBC Championship 21st Jan.

He posted a picture on social media yesterday showing two boarding cards and captioning it "first and last boarding cards of the year" so I presume he will remain in Ireland until January.

He's around Dublin at the moment. Was seen going into BT's on Grafton Street today I think.

Who do you think will come out on top?

I think if all 3 are on top form Rory is the best, but the other two probably have more reliable all round games.

I feel sure Rory will be back to number 1 early in 2016.

If you believe the Indo, which isn't too often, Rory has just got engaged to Erica Stoll. If its true, (and Central Golf Daily has apparently confirmed it / been the source) then good for them.

    If its not true, well...

There are plenty of men who wanted to call off weddings but didn't have the nerve to. I say lets leave them at it and start talking about something relevant.

Like is he going to approach the Masters differently in 2016 and play more in the early months of the year?

God I hope so. It would make my sporting 2016 if he could win it.

They go back a bit further than twelve months. Apparently she was the person who got him to the course just in time to tee off for his Ryder Cup singles match at Medinah back in 2012.

His playing schedule next year will start with the Abu Dhabi HSBC on 21st January and then I preume the Omega Desert Classic. The season is going to be more packed with the Olympics, so I suspect he'll be playing a bit more golf at the beginning of the year than he did in 2015.

    A bit longer than that.

Apparently she is sound anyway, the type of bird you can have a bit of craic with down the local and not stuck up on a high horse somewhere

Harrington did it, as I understand against the advice of some specialists who didn't think it would help in his case. Let's hope McIroy's case is different.

Great to see some folk have had success, I watched a work colleague suffer with post op infections and now has 'halo' at night and can't drive in the dark anymore, I'll stick to my goggles, anyhow better get back on topic, hope it works for Rory

That's what happens when you don't get the wavefront done.

I'd say it can only be good for him, I hated wearing contacts doing any type of sport. Have laser done 10 years now and no regrets.
