Three weeks of taper starts today....feeling sorry for myself....and I went looking for Tunney today in hopes that his log would perk me up. Forgive me Father for I have sinned....

It felt a bit like that this morning. 3am I stumbled back to the apartment I was staying in. Never been there before, all I had was the keys, the address and a code for the front door. Brussels aint quite Vegas though!

I'd make a tastless joke about over extending when trying to get something off the top shelf but I gather he is in horrific pain.

No idea, possibly stems from bike race fall a few weeks back. subluxation on right shoulder along with soft tissue damage, lots of rehab/Physio and expected 4-6 weeks recovery. Bye bye winter training fitness and any hopes of early season racing.
In some pain and pretty cranky, trying to be positive but it's hard to be.
