That's pretty good for your first day! :)

    I had;
Breakfast : Bowl of cornflakes (with pint of water)
Lunch : 2 chocolate pancakes (with two bottles of water)
Dinner : Lasagne .. by itself (with a pint of water)

Snacks .. none so far, will probably have like a slice of toast or something later :P

Yays we both did well :D
Keep up the water intake, that's amazing xD I have to drink more :P
What exercise have you done/are you going to do today? I count the walk as my exercise because it was mainly uphill over rough terrain, and went on for an hour or so :)

Well I would count that too :P

I went for a 30min run and I lifted weights/did situps/press ups etc (my normal routine) for like 20 mins :L

Wouldya mind posting your routine up, with reps and stuff included? You probably have already but I don't feel like trawling through loads of pages to find the post :p

    100 sit ups (no breaks)
    10 push ups
    10 second break
    20 bench press
    10 second break
    20 bench press
    20 second break
    20 bench press
    30 second break
    10 push ups
    10 sit ups

Then do it all again twice more... doesn't take long. Although from 75+ the sit ups get hard :P

    75+? I get to 50 and I collapse xD

Nathan, what's American Pie like? Was thinking of it for the weekend :)

I like them - people say they're more calisthenic than cardio but they do get your heart rate up if you do enough of them! :P

I think I'll be following your routine on my rest days :) don't like bench presses though - I'm not interested in bulking up xP - I'll replace them with a few squats/lunges ;)

    Ew so many theorems :p
The part C's sometimes can be confusing as well

It seems pretty low for the amount of excercise you do. Also if you don't mind me asking do you have a home a home gym or do you just have kind of an empty space for sit ups and stuff.

Yeah I usually intake more.. for example in school I usually have 1 or two pieces of fruit as well and for dinner I usually have something a bit bigger, dunno just wasn't feeling it today :P

..No I don't have a home gym :L ... I have a room though with all the weights and stuff. <- does the job :L

Yeah it's handy practice for the theorems though..

Part C's for p1 ain't bad, and for p2 q1,2,5,6 ain't too bad either but p2 q3 +q4 part c's are pretty tricky :/ .. All the ones with the triangles and find this length etc... which sounds easy but they usually catch me out :P ... Thank god for attempt marks! :P

I was thinking about starting sort of a mini one cause a guy i know was about to sell me a bench press and a couple of adjustable weights to me, instead he traded it for an Xbox w/o hard drive.

A mini home gym? ..not a bad idea, if you take into account the cost for weights etc compared to gym membership (over a lengthy period) ..it will balance out.. plus it's handy to have close by so you can do it whenever.

Doing all these exam papers you can see some years were sooooooo easy compared to others..
    e.g;
    Maths -2009
    Science -2008
    Business -20077
    Irish -2011

... I hope we get some like that! :o

HA 2011 xD what a doss, hey

Nathan, Woodwork reports are so easy - like the lads said, just keep blagging on about the aesthetics of the piece, exaggerate every detail of the plan of manufacture, and any additions/changes you would make in hindsight.
Oh, and the environment - potential for PAGES of bullsh!tting there ;)

haha I saw that :P Oh in TG in 2008 I think one of the short questions had 3 pictures (a fire extinguisher, a thrash can, a no smoking sign) ''What activity do these signs relate to'' ... for 12 marks :L
