    i didn't think it was too easy..

    Not really deise... it's mark on the SRS method — significant relevant statement. Mention the main points about achievements, experience, etc. Not 'he was born in 1815' 'he did not like religion' 'he studied here' 'bhlah'... it has to be both SIGNIFICANT and relevant. That's why it may be OK to include a bit of background, it shows you know your stuff, but also don't assume that your six points (or whatever) will each be deemed a SRS. So, go well over I would say with as much as you know in the time limit you have set. This is what you have been preparing for, you might as well put down what you have you show for it!

    Background does count as 1 SRS according to the marking scheme :)

    Post some useful stuff in it that will help some people along,
    Alright, so History... How does a percentage in your Mocks help someone else who doesn't have a breeze about the Subject.
    Jusy sayin', should be more organised.

    Eh? No offence but it is discussing the history exam it's not predicitions or notes we have designated threads for that!
    It's a discussion about the exam in general how we feel we might do etc...

    It's just people predicting what they might get going by their pre result.

    It's very relevant to the exam! You're just going completely off topic now!

    Nobody asked for results from the mocks? We asked what qs came up IN the mocks so we can have some sort of answer ready for them JUST incase they come up?

    Has anyone elses teachers been dropping hints on certain topics coming up?

    Our teacher has been really stressing Exploration, and that's due to come up, from looking back on the past topics.

    Loved that test :D I had 4 essays I could've fit in so delighted :D Said earlier on Renaissance would come up :p Answered 19 short qs :) Found it to be similar to my mock :cool:

    long q's and source E - part 3 wasnt great but i did my best!

    i did the exact same people in history's to what i did in my mocks.. washington and archaeologist - coicidence? :P

    That was really like my mock too!
    I'm very happy with it tbh I had the archaeologist and Wolfe Tone learned off and the explorations are lovely <3 Also liked the Part B and D of 6.
    I answered about 12/13 of the short questions found them tough enough but you only need 10 so \o/

    I love you boards and your predictions <3

    yes i had preditcted renaissance to come up for the long question so i was sorted!
    And thanks to DMZ for the archaology things i used some points in mine! :D

    Answered everything! I was hoping to get away with a C, but now I think I could have scraped a high B/A! :D
    Archaeologist came, one of the two things I studied for!
    Was disapointed not to see Clavin come up since I learned that too!
    Left at 4:00 on the button!
