Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There's a London Met Police Volvo.

Although it has ANPR, it is not being used for traffic as it turned up to deal with a drunk shoplifter.

New Transit PTV (Prisoner Transport Vehicle)

    http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2015-ford-transit-ptv/
"Transit PTV is the latest example of Ford's deep commitment to helping provide law enforcement agencies with capable vehicles. This concept proves Transit is upfit-ready and designed to Built Ford Tough standards," said Jonathan Honeycutt, Ford police marketing manager. "Many Police Advisory Board members have had the chance to drive this vehicle and they are excited about it. This new vehicle is tough, smart and efficient – ideal for the needs of law enforcement agencies."
This is the US Transit , and IF their new Fusion (Mondeo) gets a makeover for 'law enforcement' then it'd nearly be the first time US/EU cop cars are coming from the same base ?

The cunning 'tow-bar' TC dark green 523i on the Swords rd today (blurry photo ?? Wouldn't want to be accused of blowing their cover - the blue/red strobes blow it enough !)

Camry workhorses that never made it into uniform service - unlike the Maxima and Camry XV10 that wore the old Traffic colours.
That Transit Connect - is it or isn't it :confused: WHY leave off the logo, did they go on a lunch break and someone came to collect it and didn't notice they hadn't applied the logos ??

    Wouldn't load for me -
Like most NSW police cars, the Porsche 911 Carrera is finished in a white-and-blue livery with a checkered pattern, as well as the obligatory graphics. However, half of the car is wrapped in bright shade of blue, making it more spectacular to look at than the rest of NSW’s vehicle fleet. Other than that and the blue-and-red police bar on the roof, the coupe is essentially a stock 911 Carrera.

The same applies to the 3.4-liter, flat-six engine, which sends a bone-stock 350 horsepower and 288 pound-feet of torque to the wheels. It might not be as fast as a Turbo S, but the Carrera is good for 0-to-60-mph sprint of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 179 mph. That should be more than enough to put on a good show for National Police Day.

Pearse St's Trafic , and 'Wicklow Rapid Response - DOCTOR' ( Pity they weren't as rapid about changing the reg. plates, it's been around for months with UK plates  ). Also say a 'Emergency Blood' Astra estate today in passing, photo when seen again .3-series with blue lights - if they don't flash then they're legal now  As far as the Road Traffic Act says they 'may be white or yellow' but no mention of blue ;)
