Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just an update. Dublin city council gym/leisure centre in Ballymun is offering 15months for 299euro. This includes unlimited gym/pool/sauna jacuzzi etc and i think some classes. The free weights are much better here than the Ben Dunne places which is why i am joining. Offer ends 30th May. Not sure if other Council leisure centres are offering the same.

    Can do thursday or friday. I was wondering do we all have to be there at the same time or can we drop in anytime, fill in the application form, and let them know we are a group of four? I'll call in the morning to find out.

    FOR THE LADIES....Ladies Workout Express in Dunlaoghaire is really good and if you and a friend join before the 10th of May it is only 240 euro each for a full year!!!!

    me & my friend joined last week and it is great down there, it is really for those that dont like the bigger gyms and just want a quick workout but get the results...

    Is the Northwood offer still on? I know they say ends in April. But they always say that, and it continues. Just a way to rush people into it I think.

    Its in Santry Demense - there are a few entrances into it:
    - Old Airport Road (think that's what its called) - near Crown Plaza hotel
    - Santry Avenue
    - Ballymun Road
    should give you an idea where it is..

    I am selling my wife's membership for westpoint in blanchardstown. She is pregnant now and don;t want to use Gym anymore, I was talking to staff at westpoint and they will accept membership transfer from her. The Expiry date on membership is 31/04/2010. Current Membership costs €250 per year. I am offering €200 till the above date (30/04/2010). Can meet in Westpoint at agreed date and time to complete other formalities. Reply or PM me if intersted.
    I am a member there myself and will be there every morning.

    New gym open above Kilbarrack Shopping Center called Unique Physique

    Pay as you go 15 euro per week,

    Small enough place but had all I needed, Won't suit everybody but handy if you're local or are not going to gym everyweek.

    Just to let you's know I think Northwood is back up to €295, was in today and all the promotional signs are gone and overheard the girl telling somebody on the phone membership is that price!

    I joined friday! Just in time! :D

    Any youths aged 16-21 in the Laois area can join either the new public leisure centre in Portlaoise or Portarlington for 60 euro for 3 months

    This includes gym and swimming facilities.

    Pretty good, once you go 10 times over the summer you will have saved money!

    Does anyone know if the offer of €295 is for membership as far as September 2010 or something? I could of sworn that I heard an ad on the radio during the week announcing that membership to the gyms was €295 until the end of September 2010...
