Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Koolkid,

Output 6 rings the outside Bell only. However, my apologies. I must have been hearing things. The walk test rings only the internal!

    Thank you :-)

I would expect it to alarm in full alarm if its working in part guard.
Is this device on its own zone?

Try it with the system on part set, then in full set.
If it works in part set it should work in full alarm mode.
If it was the other way around it would be because the zone may be inhibited in part set. Full alarm sets everything.

    Hi all
I have an Aritech CP32 alarm and it has recently started displaying the letter " C " and will not allow the alarm to be set.
This letter is not in the troubleshooting guidance booklet for the alarm.
    Any ideas ?

If you know who installed the system send me a P.M. and I will check my list for a code for you.

An engineer code is not required to clear the call alarm company messages.
    Sent information to FrankA
If anyone else wants correct instructions on resetting this please PM me.
