Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I cleaned Mahon Point out of them the other day and got some more in Douglas later, there were a good few left after me so I'd give there a try first if you haven't yet.
I'm not selling them on in case you think I'm a scab, I just use loads of them.

I went to Tesco in Letterkenny especially for this offer on Green and Blacks, but it was limited to 2 flavours, neither the one the op had posted:mad:

Did you just go by the label on display? It may not have been updated, the promotion only started Tuesday on change over so it should be store wide.

down by the tills in douglas on the battery wall they had some last night, the price is marked at €3.25 though so everyone can see how cheap they are (don't mix them up with the €20.25 ones though they are right next to each other)

Hopefully they will have some left later. No matter how many rechargeables I buy for my lad's game controls, they always seem to go missing :mad:

    Tesco Cabra

After the checkouts, there is an X factor game machine thingy with 2 girls with ipads doing a survey, 3 questions and they give you a prize, a bag worth €60 of creams, shampoo, deodorants etc.:)

Most people think that they are trying to get you into the X factor thingy and walk away, get them while there hot.

    Got 2:D

It's all Unilever products, Dove, Simple, Sure, Lynx, you just have to buy something in the store, Mrs Nudger got one then sent me back over to get mine.

These are back in Tesco Balbriggan, shelf price sticker still listing them as 17 cent (12 on the shelve at 6pm Bank holiday monday), I bought none, as I already have the two I bought last month :)
Just picked up a shiny red "Tesco drinks Bottle" for 17c in tesco, ok I bought 2 (currently 3 left on the shelf - Balbriggan 3pm Sunday upstairs). There are shiny blue ones beside it but they are listed as 5 Euro.

There was no special yellow sticker, there was just the normal white aisle label.

They are exactly like this picture only in shiny red alumimun and the label says "drinks bottle".

P.S. was there looking for a cheap decent quality set of cutulery so if anyone spots a set on offer please post it here thank - you :)

    tesco batteriesoy;81444327]

Lots of these on the usual battery display in Tesco Midleton. Marked at something outrageous like €20 but scanning at €3.25 at checkout. Will be interested to see if these hold their charge -have been disappointed with Energizer and Tronic (LIDL) ones which are fine if used fresh from the charger, but self-discharge to useless in a week or two.[/Quote]

Just got meself a rechargable 4pack AAA for 3.25! tesco in coonagh, Limerick.. I brought all sizes to the check out but the AAA's were the only cheap one's, the rest were all over 20euro.!

Tesco in Wexford have pulled a fast one by putting most of the toys they had reduced back to full price for the 3 for 2 offer. Many more have disappeared & are replaced with Christmas crackers etc.

Tesco Clarehall had huge reductions on all the halloween stock today, at the back of the toy aisle. I spent 20 and the retail must have been 70+. Lots left when I was leaving this afternoon.

I didnt see any of the half price toys go back to full price? There are no toys removed from the shop floor, some are beside the self scan checkouts and other places around the floor.

I dont think theres anymore toys coming in for this, so if some thing half price sells out, thats it, its replaced with a full price item.

Every store has christmas stuff in both aisles as you come in the door.

Anyone see any Duplo, its sold out everywhere I go...

Not sure if this should be in this thread but, Tesco mobile have half price offer on unlimited calls, text and data (10000 calls 10000 texts and 15gb data) from €70 down to €35 sim only 30 day contract. I'm with 02 for the past few years, and am changing all the households phones over to tesco as you get free calls and texts and pic messages to tesco mobiles on any plan. I'm going for the €20 p/m 300 calls, texts and 500mb data. plenty as calls to the other half take up most of my calls. Great thing about it as well as it's only 30 day contract

Oh yeah, they use 02 network so it's good coverage(for me anyway)

Off topic, but you can get more or less the same offer from Lycamobile for €29.00 per month. And if you top up this month, you get a matching bonus credit , so €29 becomes €14.50:).

I've checked stores in the Limerick area to no avail too. It's as if they stocked two packs for each store, with no restocking.

Shame if true. I found it in SuperValu for €2.61 per bottle, which will have to do for now!
