    Had a long play of that when it was released, a mate had it, a lot of fun in multi player, and yes, that is awkward on the Spectrum!

    I was looking for a good version, is there one on a console I can get all the players around?
    I might have a version on one of the PSone compilations, would I be right?
    Are you going to review those or are they too much of an emulation rather than a version tailored to the hardware?

    I'm a big fan of Gauntlet 4 on the Megadrive. It's a port of the original with extra game modes, supports 4 player and has one of the all time great 16-bit soundtracks.

    Actually now that I think about it, it was Gauntlest 2 I had on the C64, no wonder I remember it looking so different.

    I'm pretty sure they're emulated, I'll double checkthough.
    the ps2 one is only emulation of the 2 player cab suprisingly.
    if youve a meg 4 player adaptor teh megadrive port supports 4 players
    The Atari ST port is 4 player as well

    gauntlet 2 on psn has 4 players online too

    Midway Arcade Origins is out on ps3/xbox , seems to be another compliation , may have 4 player support too , will try and find out

    After watching too many of the gauntlets my eyes were fecked, was also going to comment on the audio and the use of the dog barking noises, turns out it was the neighbours dog, haha

    yeah just noticed that now!(and sera spotted it as well)
    (un-listed the vid from the main channel until I can re render it)
    I was trying to recreate my old render settings , guess something isnt quite right!.
