Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    A lot of bouncing around alright with a heavy weight on your back. A double at 80kg is a great achievement, you should be very proud :)

    Tuesday 31st of March- 90mins Yogainz!!

    Went to the MOST enjoyable yoga class! Literally was so happy during and after the class.

    It was run by a Crossfitter/ Weightlifter and was aimed for that crowd. So first 45mins or so was all fast paced yoga...just how I like it! The kind that doesnt give ya a second to think bout anything...just constant movement. The next 45mins or so was all about handstands, headstands and kipping pushups:pac::pac::pac: Hiliarious!!! First time trying a headstand..YAY:)

    It was just a pilot class so it wont be starting up proper til May. Very excited about that

    Had to rest yesterday...literally couldnt do anything I was that tired..I tried training today but I was pure wrecked still and legs were fairly shaky. Probs take a rest day again tomorrow and see if I can shake whatevers wrong. Taper week this week coming anyway and no double days so I should be as right as rain.

    One of my friends has recently decided that she wants to get active and has joined a gym etc. Rang me up the other day and asked if I'd jog the Women's Mini Marathon with her.. She's walked it for the last 7 years or something and finally wants to step it up...so i reluctantly agreed. Really don't want to do it but I do want to support her new active lifestyle so....:(

    Haven't run in over 3 years...LOL. It's kinda annoying cos I found that piss easy cardio wise/ didnt even break a sweat buuuuuuutit just kills my joints.. could feel my hips and knees start to ache near the end. Plan is to get away with doing as little as possible between now and the mini marathon...but just enough so that I don't die on the day:pac:

    Jog on grass if you can when you're starting off, it builds up your joints and gets them ready for running ,it always helps me anyway when ive been away from running for a while.
