My throwaway accum for the weekend:

    Chelsea @ 3.75
    Swansea @ 3.40
    Wigan @ 4.33
    Newcastle @ 1.66
    QPR @ 4.00
    5 Folds, 1 bet * €5.00 returns €1836

Another €5 with all as DNB returns €404

Why we thinking loads of goals in the Santos match? Had a look & of the 5 games the Strongest have played this year in copa only 1 has had more than 3 goals, the game where Inter beat them 5-0. They have failed to score in their 2 games away from home.

As we all know Santos have goals in them so can they put a beating on the strongest? Of the 5 games they have played 2 have been Over 3.5, one coming at home the other away. The first game between these 2 finished 2-1 to the strongest but if memory serves correctly Neymar missed a host of chances that night & there should have been loads of goals. Altitude also played a part but Santos should still have won.

Now don't get me wrong Im all for the the overs bet as I hate doing unders and will probably bet once the match has started. Just throwing it out there to help make up my mind.

    Double for today and Saturday:
    Monaco
Under 3.5 in Kruoja v Suduva (Lithuanian league)
    @ 2.84

Suduva are top of the table and should win but Kruoja don't concede too many goals, they only lost 1-0 vs Zalgiris (3rd) and 2-1 vs Ekranas (2nd) with Ekranas scoring the winner at the very last minute.

    Wigan to score a goal
    Man City -1
Dudelange (the best team in Luxembourg, should win easily)
Ludogorets (their opponents will be without their 2 CBs and their set piece taker according to the BA forum)

    Peterborough V Watford

    Watford DNB 11/10

Watford have really picked up their form in the last month or so. 1 defeat in 11 home and away. Their away form is excellent also, 1 defeat in 9 including 4 victories. They should really have won at Brighton midweek too.

Peterborouogh's form is poor, 5 losses in the last 9. They've lost 3 of their last 4 home games too.

Hope you didn't go big on it anyway Sean. Thought it was worth a little bet considering form of both sides, not much you can say about Brisbane.

    _____________

Just a few bets for later tonight, varying amounts. Double is the main bet -

    Twigg Wincast @ Evens

    North Wincast @ 21/10

    Mainz and Braga @ 2/1

Going €25 on a BRFC win v Norwich tomorrow. While Rovers have lost 4 on the bounce and Norwich came away from spurs with a win recently I think this one tomorrow is simply anything less than a win and we're down. They have to give it everything.
Givet is starting thank Christ and Yak and Hoilett are fit. 11/10 with PP.

Been looking around the Estonian league after I saw your bet, Can I ask why you include Levadia Tallinn over Flora Tallinn considering the huge difference in odds? Levadia 1/8 generally, Flora 3/10?

Both seem pretty dead certs to me so why have you ignored Flora? Im not criticizing, I am just interested in your thoughts is all.

Flora seem to have trouble scoring goals this season, they failed to score against Kuressaare (one of the worst teams in the league, Flora were @ 1.01 to win that game!), then they only managed to score one goal vs Paide (a poor team), and last week they failed to score vs Kalju (the best team in the league but still, that's not a good sign)

Their opponents, Trans, finished 3rd last season so it's a bit surprising to see them bottom of the table, they're bound to start winning again, this game could very well end in a draw imo.

Seville v Levante tomorrow have a look at the ref.
to say he likes flashing the red card is a understatment.
if you click on previous page of games its full of reds aswell.
11 reds in his last 19 games.

    http://www.soccerway.com/referees/carlos-velasco-carballo/45077/

William hill have a red at 6/4 PP have it at 10/11.
    not great odds at all.

might be worth looking at the yellow card spreads.
over 7.5 asain cards is 1.75 on bet365.

    Best of luck.
    If I was doing a €100 bet I certainly wouldn't do this.
I would try to double my money with a good overs double but not rely one team to score goals
Just my opinion but best of luck

    Cisse Wincast @ 13/8

Will look at other fixtures across Europe later on.

Bunch of goalscorers i fancy this weekend:

    Arouna Kone @ 4.00
    Derk Boerrigter @ 1.80
    Olivier Giroud @ 1.80
    Papiss Cisse @ 2.05
    Wilfried Bony @ 2.75
    Diego Milito @ 2.00

As a 6 fold this works out @173. Just a few euro's on that.

Also did a treble of the 3 playing at home, Kone/Boerrigter/ P Cisse/ Giroud.

Edit: Giroud plays at home, not Kone.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,303 ✭✭✭Lasagna Diarra

    Small stake on this double:
    BATE Borisov
    Giroud (Montpellier) anytime
    @ 4.16

I really fancy BATE to win, it's the Belarussian "clasico" that's why the odds are high, but I've seen highlights of their recent games and they're playing really well at the moment, they've changed their tactic this season, they've brought in a very prolific striker and a good GK.
