Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. Are you predicting a terrorist spectacular like RTDH Daithí? Because this is the sort of thing we can actually look back on afterwards to see if predictions were correct...
I am fairly new to this forum, but, what if there is an actual terrorist attack?

Clearly it would be a fantastic target, or to the CT people work on the assumption that there is no actual terrorism...?

    MrP

You will have a lot of explaining to do if there isn't a terrorist spectacular at the Olympics, won't you? ;)

Well all that can be said is that RTDH expects something to happen at some point in the future, so he can't be wrong really.

After posing the question to him many, many times he refuses to give an answer as to what he actually thinks.

That's a very interesting question. I'd be interested to know what the hardcore CT'ers consider to be the most recent legitimate big terrorist attack

who exactly? the BBC? now responsible for the propaganda for the entire western world, including the UN? even with the mention on that very article that they couldnt confirm if that picture was legit?

The more hardcore CTers generally believe that any attack against "Western" targets is typically a false flag, but will generally ignore any non-Western attacks, e.g. Mumbai, Pakistan.

911 is the main focus, then London, Madrid, and so on depending on how strong their belief is.

The modus operandi among these guys is to analyse an attack or event, find discrepancies, anomolies, coincidences and combine with selective misreporting, dodgy science, "expert" information, hearsay, embellisment, conjecture and just plain bull**** to formulate a "case" that indicates that the event was a "false flag" or an inside job.

Anything under the guise of "Al Queda" is Western false flag propagated.

    Bali, Mumbai, Madrid, etc.

You don't think that it's possible that local terrorist groups are buying into the Al Qaeda brand at all? They can see through it like Alex Jones does? Perhaps they are fans of his?

The term comes from the old days of wooden ships, when one ship would hang the flag of its enemy before attacking another ship in its own navy. Because the enemy's flag was hung instead of the flag of the real country of the attacking ship, it was called a "false flag" attack.

Well they did but that was a long time ago, if we see wooden ships sailing up the thames to carry out an attack we will know that they still exist. We'll definately be suggesting a conspiracy if they manage to make it past the heightened security :D

Maybe they have evolved somewhat since then.

Like the operation Northwoods proposals. People high up in the establishment planning attacks inside the the US, for example. :)

Great way for you to explain the lack of a terrorist attack in advance.... If one occurred you could claim it was a false flag if none occurred it's because they changed their minds....RTDH can never be wrong.

Um...I don't think that explanation is accurate. It seems a lot more likely (and this actually did happen all the time) that a - say - British ship would fly a Spanish or French flag when it saw a French ship in the distance, hoping that they could launch a surprise attack or avoid being chased by the French ship (depending on each ship's disposition).

I doubt it ever happened that a ship would attack another ship in the same navy that hadn't mutinied or something..

BBC's up and coming documentary about "UFO Invasion At Olympics 2012 Is Y2K-Style Hysteria"

"The BBC is focusing its new documentary about "conspiracy theorists" around the premise that aliens will invade London during the Olympics. This entire meme is clearly being pushed by the establishment to discredit the truth movement".

I don't think the BBC needs to lift a finger, the 'Truth Movement' discredits itself every single day. :)

So this guy is saying there definitely WON'T be anything going on at the Olympics? His point is hopelessly confusing. He also says that the security is deliberately lax - is he arguing that they know there will be no attack? Or is he saying there definitely will be an attack, facilitated by the lax security?

Basically, whatever happens, he will claim to have been correct afterwards.

An interesting article about the London 2012 CT here in the Guardian. This sounds familiar:
The evidence for such a plot is vague: exhibit A is the 2012 Olympic logo. Rearrange the four angular numerals of the bizarre design, the theorists say, and it really spells "zion". There's even a dot to go over the "i". This is a sign that "they" plan to build the new Jerusalem right here in England's green and pleasant land, just as William Blake's poem predicted. The "dark satanic mills" of the Lea Valley will become the epicentre of the New World Order. Conspiracy theorists insist there is nothing anti-semitic in their use of the word "zion", although the suspicion is there.

The next giveaway is the street names around the Olympic site: Great Eastern Road, Carpenter's Road, Angel Lane, Temple Mills Lane, Church Road – don't they all seem a little biblical? Isn't it strange that such a large patch of land has stood undeveloped in London all this time?

    <snip>
"Once your eyes are open to it, it's amazing what's hidden in plain sight," explains David (not his real name), the friend of a friend who first told me about the London plot a year ago. So in the name of curiosity, and, perhaps, the future of civilisation, we arranged to meet at the Olympics site to look for evidence. You can't get into the site itself – construction continues apace and security is tight – but there are daily guided tours of the perimeter. On a clear, chilly morning, as we wait outside Tesco for the tour to begin, David explains how most of the clouds in the sky are now man-made. Aeroplanes have been lacing the atmosphere with metal particulates for decades to facilitate holographic projection, he claims. That's how they'll pull off the UFO illusion. These "chemtrails" also enable the use of top-secret super-weapons that bounce energy off the upper atmosphere to remote locations. The Haiti earthquake was triggered this way.

David spends hours scouring the internet for conspiracy information, and stumbled on the Olympics plot theory two years ago on a blog called the Cosmic Mind, run by 28-year-old Rik Clay from Leeds. Clay was making a name for himself in these esoteric circles. As well as the Olympics, his blog discussed everything from the significance of the No 11 to crop circles to Princess Diana. But three months after the Cosmic Mind launched, it suddenly went down in August 2008. Clay had died. Internet forums were full of wild allegations about the cause of his death.

As the tour proceeds, David's eyebrows rise at certain points, such as when the guide explains how they had to reroute power lines crossing the site 30 metres underground. "There's bound to be a secret network of tunnels so that dignitaries can escape when it happens," David says. Had the guide ever seen anything paranormal going on here? "What, you mean like flying saucers? No, nothing like that," she laughs. David's eyebrows rise again. No one mentioned flying saucers. The vast construction site looks fairly innocuous to me. David isn't so sure. "What about that cross in the sky up there?" he says. Two short fragments of aeroplane contrail have formed a distinct cross in the sky directly over the stadium. That is good enough for him.

The article goes on to make the point that this CT is interesting because - unlike most CTs - it actually makes a prediction about future events. Of course, I'm sure there will be a rationalisation afterwards when nothing happens, and as I've pointed out above the extreme CT community will claim to be right if there is a terrorist attack/alien invasion ("FALSE FLAG! We told you!") and they will also claim to be right if nothing happens at all ("they were trying to make the public feel insecure, get soldiers on the streets" or whatever).

And have the exact same standard of proof as the people who believe in God and holy spirits etc etc. Religous people also firmly believe in being taken away to another world after death (Heaven if your christian) or coming back to this world as another life form, do we laugh at them or respect their beliefs that seem a little crazy? Some of these God believing people actually think they are perfectly sane! Leave the Lizard people believers alone, there are worse things you could believe in.

Indeed. Far fewer people have been killed by the lizard believers than the god believers in the cause of their faith.

Something else that just struck me, now I'm not a great believer in religous stuff so don't shoot me if I'm wrong (seriously don't, I know how voilent you God believers can be) wasn't there an entity in the form of a snake in the christian bible, garden of eden etc? A lot of people it seems believe this stuff while laughing at people who'd believe in the lizard people. Pot calling the kettle black it seems. Thankfully the lizard believers aren't as blood thirsty as the God believers and we don't have mass murder crusades in support of the Lizard overlord.

My point was, that it seemed to me the Guardian was using a person with fringe beliefs to tarnish all others those beliefs are attached to in the article.

There are many different beliefs within the Ct community, because the whole aspect of "ct" is making theories and everyones got something slightly or drastically different.
So of all the representatives from the Ct community for that paper to pick, they happened to get someone who came across as paranoid and erratic. And named David(coincedance im sure)...after the well known English speaker.

That person could have said more on how a false flag attack or percieved attack would be and has been enough to instigate war.

Or more on the bold side, that governments are ahead of us with technology and may be planning an alien false flag.Which i doubt personally as i think its too early for the alien card just yet.But its possible :)

Anyway thats what i ment in my last post.

Do you think the newspaper gave the Ct side of things a fair run?
Did you see any mention of chemtrails in this thread that didnt originate from that newspaper post?

Seems like more mainstream nonsense to me.Mainstream ct nonsense to be exact.

The best way of removing negativity is to laugh and be joyous, Terry [Wogan], so I'm glad that there's been so much laughter in the audience tonight.
Terry Wogan replied "But they're laughing at you. They're not laughing with you",

Why do we even entertain this....

Perhaps THEY know that chips bestow some sort of immunity to whatever illusion it is that they have planned (either a false flag terror attack to cover up the Rapture, or a fake alien landing), so they need to discourage or restrict people from consuming chips at all costs. Hence this 'they must be sold with fish' plan - but of course what happens when the global corporate elite corner the fish market over the Olympics? The fast food folks will have none to sell, and thus won't be able to sell chips at all...
