    Here's an interesting idea:
    Tony Cannon:"If you use your X-Factor when your opponent's X-Factor is active, it should immediately remove both X-Factors from the game. Then you have the choice of either using your X-Factor to come back when you're down or save it to prevent your opponent from trying to use it to reverse ocv your team."

    Up until that, I never doubted Jays Marvel 2 or 3 breakdowns, but does he really think frank is that OP ?.

    I dont play Marvel that much but imo

    1. Get rid of TAC infinities
    2. Nerf Vergil, Zero and Doom (minor nerfs for Morrigan cause she isnt S tier without Doom assist)
    3. Buff Hsien Ko, Nemesis, Ghost Rider and Iron Fist.
    4. Buff Arthur and Thor assists, and make Trons assist the same as vanilla
    5. Bring back Vanilla's life bars

    Frank is actually really good. There's just guaranteed nonsense in the game so you might as well just pick that.

    TACs need to be nerfed to the ground. Even before infinites were discovered most resulted in a meter positive touch of death for a guess that's in your favour. Also, characters that can do the whole double TAC nonsense (Morrigan etc) need to have that removed.

    Not really bothered talking about buffs and nerfs on a character by character basis. Just make Thor a beast and leave Nova intact and I'll be happy.

    Seems weird to me to say that you don't play the game, but you doubt the validity of the opinions expressed by one of the most thoughtful/analytical players in the FGC.

    I'm very fond of Viscant and I thought his write-up was great. I like how he discussed system changes first, then when he got to the individual characters, he was already taking into account whether they were overall buffed/nerfed due to the system changes alone. Some were, and didn't need anything else done to them.

    He also specifically mentions what buff/nerfs he would like to see applied to each character, and some of them are very indepth (like increasing the damage scaling on a specific two of Zero's moves).

    So much more of a refreshing read than the countless stream monsters who say stuff like "Don't REBALANCE game X, just tweak it so the low tiers are better and the top are worse. That's easy." :rolleyes:
