Insulate ground floor only-grant? Issues?

Hi,

If we get downstairs drylined (all external walls) but not upstairs, would we qualify for the IWI grant?

We are going ahead with the work as part of a larger renovation project anyway so the work is not dependent on getting the grant but obviously it would be a help so curious if we're eligible.

Also are we opening ourselves up to potential issues with cold bridges or damp if we only do half of the house?

Simple awnser is no, you would not qualify for the grant. Needs to be whole house and you need to achieve a B2 BER rating to get the grant.
