We are also in the process of completing the purchase of a ground floor apartment.

The snagging report was carried out recently and it detailed humidity problems in the apartment, but in the photos that were attached to the report it looked more like water had got in from around the windows and doors and was causing the problem.

Is this the same sort of problem you encountered?
