Anyone else get a Wolverine vibe from 1:06 min into the video.

First glance I thought Wolverine, second viewing it looked like three of Hawkeye's arrows in a bag.

Due to the ending of Cap 1 I wouldn't have it as first chronologically in terms of story (setting is another matter), makes more sense to watch the films as they were released imo, certainly if it was someone who hadn't seen them before anyway.

Even the nods to Stark as well in the WWII era. Knowing who Howard Stark is and how he fits in to Iron Man adds to Captain America.... if you've never seen any of them before that is. Watching for a second time, I'm not sure does it add anything to watch Captain America first.

It's not like the Star Wars debate where you can watch them in different orders to get an entirely different experience. The MCU movies are largely self contained. You get more out of them having watched the others but it's not essential.

Some were saying it's Ulysses Klaw but apparenty it's Hawkeye

Ye on seconding viewing I looks likes Hawkeye's arrows I just thought it was a good little tease because I was looking out for a web tease.

For those mad enough , Vue are doing a a 24 hour marathon for €40
    5 years
( And see Age of Ultro early )

I just noticed they left out The Incredible Hulk.

I would as well but it is part of the MCU.

Really? I like TIH, it's better than IM2. But it is the one which works best as a standalone.

I liked it as well but the only real connection to the MCU is in the post credits is what I meant by not putting it into the marathon.

Gotcha! Yeh, I think the only other tie in is the super-serum being held in 'Stark' cannisters. I wonder if we'll ever see Samuel Sterns return.

I'd like to think he could pop up on one of the tv shows I can't see him being in the films again.

Release date I've seen is 23rd, not 24th. Would mean 00.01 shows 18 hours 59mins before that 'early' Vue show.

Sorry ye. so the early show is the evening of the 22nd.

Convinced my girlfriend to do the marathon with me, lots of coffee will be essential :pac: Only bad thing is I'll be delayed watching that weeks Agents of SHIELD.

    There's Iron Man 2&3

You're adding nothing new to the conversation with one line answers. We get it. I forget the rest.

Not watching IronMan bit of a faux pas considering Ultrons origins in the movies.

How is it a stumble to not watch two decidedly average films (at best) again?

Yeah I think so.Cineworld are doing The Avengers, Captain America TWS and then Age of Ultron.

Have to give it a miss then, much too far for me. If I see anywhere closer doing it, I'll give it a whack.

Probably do a marathon at home and then go to the latest Avengers a week after release when crowds have died down.

The thought of spending that much time in a cinema is absolutely torturous.

I can imagine the stink that is going to be there.

Wonder why that is, for such a big movie I expected an international release date or all within the same week

I don't know to be honest, doesn't this side of the world get to see new films, before the premier in cinema's Stateside?
