Just wanted to say well done to all of Maynooth's fighters who competed at intervarsity competitions this weekend.

The Kickboxing club took home 2 gold medals, 1 silver and 3 bronzes yesterday, and took third in the team event.

The Judo club also sent two members to the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu intervarsities in Tallaght I.T. and returned with 2 silvers.

All the English lecturers go on about "The Death of the Author" - do you know how hard it actually is to find in that library? It's a chapter in maybe two books, and you have to by psychic or in my case happen upon it in the bibliography of another book to know which ones

Took me longer to find the bloody thing than it did to do the assignment!
