Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just woke up.

    FREE PICKS VIKINGS!!! :pac:

Now please keep it going and draft Kalil

Browns really are an amazing franchise. Didn't give the Rams enough to get RGIII but then go and dump picks to pick up a RB.

They gonna stick with Colt I take it?

Or take Weeden later on in the round.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,217 ✭✭✭Justin10

The browns had to trade or they missed out on Richardson. I think it was decent deal, could of been a lot worse.

They'll trade up to bottom of 1st for Brandon Weedon

Jags and Minnesota in trade talks

Too many positions to fill to give up all the draft positions that they did i think

Not really that high on Blackmon myself, he's a good WR but not Top 5 material.

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 5,014 Mod ✭✭✭✭GoldFour4

I detest this pick, whether they did it at 3 or 4. This is a passing league, your not going to win anything with a solid RB. Look at Minnesota

    Jags traded to Bucs

Minnesota has been taken at 4 most likely Claiborne
    Jags take Blackmon

    Kalil at 6 to Rams?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,016 ✭✭✭Hulk Hands

    This better be Kalil ........please

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,369 ✭✭✭UnitedIrishman

Schefter ruining the draft 'surprise' for me right now on Twitter. Have to unfollow for a bit.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,510 ✭✭✭Hazys

Schefter is reporting that Vikes are taking Kahil...so much for not ruining the picks

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,886 ✭✭✭MoscowFlyer

John Gruden makes me want to scratch my eyes out at times!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,016 ✭✭✭Hulk Hands

Kalil according to Shefter. Rick Spielman all is forgiven!!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,395 ✭✭✭✭mikemac1

Good bit of business for the Vikes
Extra picks and still get their man

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,886 ✭✭✭MoscowFlyer

    Poor Blackmon stuck in JAX

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,286 ✭✭✭OAOB

Seems like the Browns traded draft picks to move up for no real benefit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

And now we have 4 fantastic offenses in the NFC north. Packers and Lions already awesome, Bears brought in Marshall and Vikes bring in Kalil.

Why trade to get Richardson? Vikings weren't taking them and the only other team that may have traded up was the Rams.

Richardson is the real deal though, only running back ever to run for 20td's in the SEC. Think of Herschal Walker, Bo Jackson, Emmit Smith. Sick

That's good work by Minny imo.

Jeez this Kalil guy is an animal

I wouldnt say that, they could have lost out on Richardson.

But they must be pissed that they were put in the worst position at #4 of all the places to feel hard done by in the draft. They barely lost out in trading for RGIII and then they had to give up 3 picks to move up one place in the order...a bit of a disaster.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,317 ✭✭✭HigginsJ

    WTF Dallas to 6?

and everyone elses opinion. Do nothing, get your target and extra picks.

Did the Browns hit their collective heads on a live electrical socket or something? Complete insanity on their part.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,217 ✭✭✭Justin10

This is crazy love this new salary structure

Good trade by the Bucs, any player they neeeded at 5 will be available at 7 as well

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,557 ✭✭✭madalig12

Cowboys jump to 6th, the rams are gonna have a serious amount of picks

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,510 ✭✭✭Hazys

Jags only gave up a 4th round to move up 2 spots.

Browns gave up a 4th, 5th and a 7th to move up just one spot...lol

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,886 ✭✭✭MoscowFlyer

Rams trading back makes sense here, they have multiple needs so may as well accumulate picks.

Who do they think they are, the Patriots???

Rams might have 6 picks in before the Raiders 1st! :)

The Buccs were going to move up for Trent. They had no choice.

Who do the Cowboys want to trade for 6th??

what did they give for it??

    Dallas must be picking Claiborne

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,369 ✭✭✭UnitedIrishman

Rams trade down aswell, good move for 14 and a 2nd. They need all the picks they can get.

Cowboys going to pick up Claibourne then.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,886 ✭✭✭MoscowFlyer

Yeah Cowboys obv going CB here

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,217 ✭✭✭Justin10

If this is Barron then thats a major reach.
    I would think claibourne

Too many holes in that team to give up picks like they did, richardson will be a beast but they need more than just a rb

Half the 2012 draft class going to St. Louis.

HATE this move by Los Jaguars

Yea 2nd rounder way too little.

Not bad trade for the Cowgirls

No way. Rams have a bucket load of picks now. Great move. Remember they signed Finnegan to a big deal so Claiborne wasn't a big need.

I'm sure there are other running backs. The problem with the Browns is every single thing must be solved in the draft. No free agent will go to Cleveland. The whole city never wins anything. It's dull. The city and the franchise. If I was in Cleveland I'd try for a later round RB though. As I've said before to justify a top 5 pick you have to start for the next 10 years. Running backs take such a pounding that it's hard for anyone to last that long.

Great pick by Dallas just there.

I hate that move if I'm Blackmon. Gabbert isn't good enough and neither is the OL. And now they've less picks to improve all round.

One second rounder doesnt equal the drop off in talent imo

Present GF is in trouble. I told her I had to be hom eat 1am at the very latest and here I am having missed 5 picks. This is a potential relationship ending moment. I've had a few beer obviously so I won't make a decision tonight but I'm pissed.

So who were the first five picks guys?
