You should try it, it's really good.

And it's all healthy and stuff. But who cares about that part, really?

You get to see them cook the food using sticks :D

    Friday:

    College
Meeting my friend for a cuppa
Tidy up, put on washing etc.
Watch a movie or play some Fifa/Forza

    Saturday:
Depending on weather I'll try to get some study done or....
    Assemble my picnic bench
    Sand and oil it
Oil the back fence if there's time
Rest up and ice my knee
Watch the FA Cup final - please god let Liverpool win it!!
Probably watch a movie and get some pizza with the lads in my place

    Sunday:
    Rest up
More resting up and drinking plenty of water & icing my knee
    Game at 7pm
Probably head out on the lash after the game if I'm able to walk!

    Monday:
Either recover or continue the session by chilling out in my place.
If all goes to plan then it could be a day for chilling out on the new picnic bench with the lads.

I have a bag of oranges, sometimes banannas and a big pack of peanuts on my desk for when I feel a bit peckish - figure it's better to eat little eat often - plus I never eat a large amount for lunch and feel sleep afterwards since I started doing it :)

So do I, if I eat a big meal I'll just fall asleep but I'm out of the office today!

I may also have been slightly dramatic, so unlike me :pac:

Stayed late in work yesterday filling out a bunch of documentation manuals that my manager asked for. Felt good getting into the office this morning to start the last day of a deadline which I've already met until reading a email from my manager asking lots of questions all of which are answered in the manuals. I felt like simply emailing back a 'RTFM', though I'm too cool headed to do such a thing ;)

Anyhow, free pizza day in work today....good thing I've been exercising everyday the last week or you'd have to roll me out of the office :pac:
