    This is me and my 14.2 mare, Splash. Smashing doesn't even describe her, she'd jump anything, go anywhere, and has the heart of a lion.

    Yet she's gentle enough that I can give lessons on her. This was about 2 years ago

    ah now really are these sort of is it or isnt it height related comments really necessary? they only lead to squabbling and to be honest its a bit petty - photos can be very misleading in relation to heights of fences.
    if she says its 2ft9, i believe its 2ft9.

    (sorry that sort of thing really gets on my nerves!!!)

    I got a new horse last month :) (My pony Millie passed away in october due to colic:(). I got her as a rescue; she had been abandoned so was in need of some tlc.

    My 10 year old arabian mare! Pics taken around Feb - she's been out of work for 2 months or so due to her getting cast in the stable, causing problems ever since with her legs from tendon infection to proud flesh that I've battled with for over 3 months (She got cast 4 months ago, proud flesh started at around 3 months, been treating for 2 months with different methods) I got it cut off two weeks ago, it's now the size of a 1cent coin! Down from a 2 euro coin!

    I will get pics of her in work soon, I was in a car crash last friday and broke my sternum so I won't be able to ride for a few months :( I have two riders who know her and who have competeted with her who are going to work her for me however!

    Anyway here she is! (note the bandage haha that's the leg with proud flesh)
