I think if anyone is likely to do it it would be Oakley - not Miriam, but this is my daft prediction.

Oakley (having found out what's going on from Emmet, gets him to coax Damo and the baby up to the attic) promises Damo that he and Saoirse can hide out in the attic with him, doses him up on sedatives and steals Saoirse for himself (whom he re-names Fiona, as that was his own child's name), thus abandoning whatever half baked revenge he was planning on Miriam and the group! In later years, Saorise/Fiona grows up to be a doctor, it's in the blood and the nurturing after all. Her biological mother is planning on being a doctor, her biological grandmother is one too, as is the man who she grows up believing to be her ''father''; who's really her kidnapper and left her real dad doped up to the eyeballs in an attic.... :P She returns pretty much the same as Joseph Tate did in Emmerdale (again, FC copying storylines from other soaps albeit badly) a filthy rich doctor and sets out to wreck revenge on Miriam, Hannah, Wheelie, et all who sided with her. Meanwhile, Miriam is now much older and happily settled down with Paul Brennan with whom she's had five new kids (he is the most fertile man in Ireland after all) and managed to make a changed man out of him. Gone are his womanising ways and general smarminess and nastiness, he has also developed a semi-posh accent and is known to complain about his bunions. In fact, thanks to his wife Miriam, he's one of the nicest characters in FC now, as is Oisin, whom Miriam aided also, but Saoirse/Fionais back to destroy their lives for the sake of her ''father'' Oakley....
