    Same in Maynooth. Only reasonable icepops for the kids- were Loop-the-loops 'at a new staying down price of 1.99'......... Also had Mini Tangle Twisters (which when you open the box are a bizarre colour- not what you'd expect at all) at 2.50 for a box of 9.

    No Magnums left (there were lots of empty shelves though- so I'm guessing they had a run on them........) Booo.....

    Tesco Lucan- the 'New' 4 packs of Magnums are 1.99 (they have 'New' tagged on them on the boxes)
    The original 3 packs are still full price- not reduced (and over twice the price of the 4 packs).

    The 4 packs have original and white chocolate @ 1.99

    Almond, Pistachio, Mint (and others)- all full price

    Loads of half price Brunch there too- and those god damned awful Freaky Foot things.

    Tesco Merion this evening

    2 litre bottle of River Rock on special @ €0.89

    But

    A 6 pack of them can be got for a whole 13 cent more.

    So that's €1.02 for 6 2 litre bottles of River Rock. Reckon it must be incorrectly priced but I brought them to the till and that was what they scanned at also. Happy days.

    Kenco Millicano coffee in a new 170g tin (normal tin is 100g) only €5 in tesco clarehall. It is cheaper than the normal size tin which is much smaller. No SEL but it is definitely €5 as i got a couple.

    Apparently Apple has officially dropped the price of Apple TV (latest = 3rd gen) recently (uk price dropped from £79 to £59) so the techies are expecting a new Apple tv 'in the Fall'. But €79 is a far price considering the euro exchange. Tempted...

    Stated reason was to stop consumers buying the remarkable value Amazon competing product (the Amazon Fire TV and/or the Amazon Fire TV Stick)

    It is a good price- but hardly a bargain- when you consider the other competitors on the field.
