The expiry date on it is wrong. All codes are published on Tuesdays and Saturdays and can only be used to book on that day.

Today is Wednesday therefore the code doesn't work today. Have a look at the Irish Rail facebook page as sometimes codes appear there.

You can travel any day you want, but you can only use the Irish Rail code to buy tickets on Tuesdays or Saturdays . . . unless the OP d1980 puts up the 20% off code on Thursday
