I thought Cabin in the Woods was awful.

But the Avengers was way more enjoyable than I was expecting. It actually has action sequences where you can follow what the hell is going on. Modern Hollywood films would lead you to believe that such a feat was impossible.

And if Portman had been in it then they wouldn't have needed the hypercube. It would just be an hour and half of them trying to convince her to open her portal:

So the controller looks like its got some sort of RFID reader built into it to recognise physical objects. Didn't know that :0/

Why was it taken down, is it a leaked trailer?

I didn't even know the WiiU existed!

I can't keep up with all you young whippersnappers and your modern teeny gadgets! ;)

Graphically it looks very nice, smooth/sharp/fluid/ & dynamic.

Is the controller just outputting whats on your tv then?? Constantly having to shift your attention from the screen to the pad would get annoying for me.

Yeah I heard that RFID reader thing before, they'll be able to make loads from Skyrim type gimmicks.

I agree on the coherency of the action - but when that's one of the nicest things I can say, I feel like I'm clutching at straws!

Aye, all sorts of "optional extra" toys you need to buy on top of the game to unlock more content locked away inside the game you already paid for. DLC under a different guise?

Seeing one person using the WiiU controller thing and everyone else using the a normal joypad yoke doesn't look right to me.

I must admit really wanting to see what happens when Ezio gets involved.

Hopefully he assassinates a load of Raving Rabbids.

    Absolutely brilliant!

Now that I think of it, my gran is a master knitter. She used to knit jumpers for some Irish designer.

    ....idea forming....

Are you saying non hipsters have wet cold heads?

Again I maintain I wear hats because I'm old fashioned, not hip.

I'm going to a Burlesque club tomorrow. I'll be accepted for the way I dress there! Although, they all wear their hats indoors which I consider to be rude... but there you go.

Fedoras are too mainstream. Trilbys are to hats what Girls are to music.

Fez has kind of made me want to don the titular headpiece, though.

    I have 2 Trilbys, 7 Fedoras, 2 Fezs, 2 Pith Helmets, 1 bowler, 1 panama and 1 top hat.

Currently I'm in the market for a straw boater...

(I also have several wigs, but that's a whole other hobby)

I like my WETA Castro-style hat.

It makes some people think I work for WETA, and others think I'm a Cuban dictator. Result!
