    Another observation is the trend for American bands to call it a UK/European tour. They seem to differentiate between The UK and the continent. I'm sure there's a reason to do so? Logistical maybe?

    Never heard of that band, Links, but they're good! Cheers for posting that! :D

    I saw a post on MetalSucks that had a call for metal bands to list their favorite non-metal tracks to wind down to. Pink Floyd pops up a lot in the list. If I can find the link again I'll post it here.
    FYI, I have a weakness for the jazz playlists on Spotify when I feel the need to break from metal. Anyone else?

    Not sure how to post Spotify playlists up here as I'm still getting my head around the interface but I highly recommend two playlists called Cocktail Jazz and Flapper Jazz Dinner Party if you fancy something soothing, smooth and good for winding down an evening with a glass of wine. :) Some of the stuff is from as far back as 1926 so there's a lovely sense of nostalgia about it.

    Currently listening to the stellar Marilyn Manson cover of "Sweet Dreams". Awesome. It just works on so many levels.
    Also, anyone else weirdly aroused by his appearance in the video for "Long Hard Road Out Of Hell"? He looks a strange alien geisha!

    Thoroughly enjoyed Let The Right One in, really well made movie, though fairly subtle on the actual horror parts.

    Also watched The Thing, for some old school horror :)
