Looks like tariffs are back on the menu again and export restrictions. This time against countries imposing taxes on US tech companies.

the way jd Vance was grinning yesterday in the Oval Office I think he knows he will soon be replacing Trump.

I was just thinking we could probably double our public holidays and be just as productive if people promised to stop scrolling on their phones all day.

But then Donald would scream socialism and would probably tax us for not using that curse which is "social media". Zuck et al need eyeballs and minds for world domination.

He's been standing/sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office far more, rather than on the chairs/couches at the fireplace the other side of the room. So it looks like they're trying to hide it, same way he now spends a lot of time covering the more brusied hand with his other hand.

He now wants to revoke the broadcasting licences of ABC and NBC because he claims they're unfair on him:

""Despite a very high popularity and, according to many, among the greatest 8 months in Presidential History, ABC & NBC FAKE NEWS, two of the worst and most biased networks in history, give me 97% BAD STORIES," Trump wrote in another post last night. "IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEY ARE SIMPLY AN ARM OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY AND SHOULD, ACCORDING TO MANY, HAVE THEIR LICENSES REVOKED BY THE FCC. I would be totally in favor of that because they are so biased and untruthful, an actual threat to our Democracy!!! MAGA."

They're biased but FOX funnily isn't. Also greatest 8 months line is comedy gold.

"US President Donald Trump has said he will immediately remove Federal Reserve official Lisa Cook from her position, a major escalation in his battle against the US central bank.

He said there was "sufficient reason" to believe Cook had made false statements on mortgage agreements, and cited constitutional powers which he said allowed him to remove her.

In response, Cook has said Trump has no authority to fire her and she will not resign.

It is an unprecedented move for the president to dismiss a member of the central bank's leadership, and comes as Trump has put increasing pressure on the Fed - especially its chair Jerome Powell - over what he sees as an unwillingness to lower interest rates."

200 million Americans should film themselves burning the American flag in protest against this.

    #MEGA MAKE EUROPE GREAT AGAIN

It’s funny though- I wasn’t a bit “shocked” when I saw the article and the poster - I think we’re all primed, unconsciously at least, to expect that this is the direction America is going/being brought.

    Next on the list:

Mandatory song to our great leader, sung in all schools, daily

Military men in fatigues accompanying Trump every where, vigourously taking notes on his every word

That must be very annoying for the people working in those offices.

If there's anything to bigger concerns about Trump's health, I'd suspect it'll surface when he gets pissed off at one of his inner circle and fires them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,350 ✭✭✭EltonJohn69

Even Alex Jones was pleading with Trump to slow down and get some sleep. I think he will be dead within 12 months, which will be nice, a day to celebrate, but I would really like to see him face consequences, some shame and humiliation, but him dropping dead suddenly is also nice.

Don't get too excited about the hand bruising, though I agree it signifies an underlying condition, it might not be all that significant. Lots of people his age are on blood thinners, though I think the skill of the person applying the cannula has a lot to do with whether it bruises.

On the other hand, some of the senility (as against stupidity which he has in spades) could be down to exhaustion. At his age and with an active underlying condition most people would be slowing down activity significantly. His ego and pride push him to continuously prove how he is the fittest ever, while continuing an unhealthy lifestyle, and that could be his undoing.

Also, medical attention might be the nearest thing he gets to personal attention/affection, which might lead him to demand tests and checkups both for reassurance and a sense of being cared for. He could even be getting intravenous concoctions that he has been told by RFK Jnr will keep him young and attractive for ever.

addiction would be common enough with personality disorders, so hes probably hooked on all kinds, and a more than willing medial staff to administer whatever he wants, so, tis all good

Given past history, I'd say we'll get an abundance of detailed info and about how concerned everyone was and how it important it is that the public know about this information at the earliest possible time…

… and you can read all about it in my new book; "The Truth I Should Have Made Public 18 F*cking Months Ago: The Tale Of Someone Who Wants To Now Be Considered A Hero Even Though They Were Utterly Complicit At The Time"

When a cult implodes with a leaders death usually the inner circle turn on each other.

Trump is trumpism, so I don't see a follow on like Maduro after Chavez.

The reality (as others have pointed out) is being hooked up to a drip or monitoring equipment will do this, especially to older people.

I don't think it means he will keel over in two days, but we can always hope.

Thinking about it though, I think the US has already crossed the Rubicon. The death of Trump will not be an end to the loathsome degeneration in their politics - it seems to be too late for that.
