He's probably getting the idea from a notion that a proportion of male Orcs are genetic descendants of the worst and most prolific rapist in history who was the very definition of a barbarian - Genghis Khan.
They never were serious, the Vatniks are a degenerate state that throughout this conflict have been proven and will only be kowtowed by one thing: Direct Force. The only thing they understand and respect when it comes to geopolitics is the threat of someone with enough firepower to kick the ever-loving shít out of them if they play the wrong game of Fúck Around and Find Out. The Baltics know and understand it, Poland too and so does Ukraine and the only realistic way of this conflict ending is once the Vatniks economy collapses this creates too many problems at home for the likes of Putin to continue this vainglorious war and force them out altogether and it might take to the end of the year before the consequences of their war economy begin to become apparent.
FYI one of the Russian bottom of the barrel negotiators believes Russians have "an extra chromosome"
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2025/05/16/russia-ukraine-putin-peace-negotiator-vladimir-medinsky/
"Vladimir Putin’s chief delegate at peace talks with Ukraine is a historian who once claimed that Russians have an extra chromosome due to their superiority"
"The historian also led Russian negotiators during fruitless talks in 2022 and adopted such a hardline position by demanding Ukraine’s capitulation, disarmament and future neutrality that the negotiations promptly collapsed."
"An ultranationalist populist historian, he is alleged to have ghostwritten a number of the Russian president’s “academic” articles, including his famous essay of 2021 that provided the rationale for the full-scale invasion of Ukraine the following year. It questioned Ukraine’s right to exist as a separate entity, arguing that Ukrainians and Russians were one people and that the US had turned Ukraine into an anti-Russia.
He also co-authored a history textbook now in use in all Russian schools that claimed Ukraine was an “ultranationalist state” where “opposition is forbidden” and that the West had used it as a “battering ram” to destroy Russia."
No surprise, the Orwell Road mob have been trying to infiltrate Irish society for years now, just look at the bot network they operate on here and in other social media.
Active sympathisers should either be deported or locked up.
The Russians pay and support agitators like this. I agree this one man isn't "some big threat", but it's part of a much broader picture. Whether it's paying someone to burn the Koran in Sweden to paying people to start fires on cargo planes - it's all linked towards the larger hybrid and information war on Europe.
Their focus on Ireland might be relatively "small" at the moment - here's a snippet of what Moldova is having to endure
"In particular, officials in Moldova have accused the fugitive pro-Russian businessman Ilan Shor, a vocal opponent of EU membership, of running a destabilising campaign from Moscow.
Earlier this month, the national police chief, Viorel Cernăuțanu, accused Shor and Moscow of establishing a complex “mafia-style” voter-buying scheme and bribing 130,000 Moldovans – almost 10% of normal voter turnout – to vote against the referendum and in favour of Russia-friendly candidates in what he called an “unprecedented, direct attack”.
Last week, law enforcement agencies said they had also uncovered a programme in which hundreds of people were taken to Russia to undergo training to stage riots and civil unrest.
Shor, who is based in Moscow and denies wrongdoing, has openly offered on social media to pay Moldovans to persuade others to vote in a certain way, and said that was a legitimate use of money that he had earned. In the early hours of Monday, he claimed Moldovans had voted against the referendum.
Marta Mucznik, a senior EU analyst at the International Crisis Group, said: “The impact of pro-Russian disinformation campaigns is evident. Tactics such as spreading fake news, vote-buying, and portraying the EU negatively have effectively swayed voters away from pro-EU sentiments."

And
"The scale of disinformation production is astonishing. A leaked report claims that in the first four months of 2024, the SDA’s bot army, dubbed the “Russian Digital Army,” generated 33.9 million comments. They also claim to have produced 39,899 “content units” on social media, including 4,641 videos and 2,516 memes and graphics."

Send him right back to Russia
Them immigrants getting uppity now
The first hit collapsed the entire wing on that block, unlikely to be any survivors in the wing. Hard to tell if the other wings collapsed with all the dust but either way there won't be too many walking out of the block.
I absolutely loved that movie. It got some bad reviews at the time but I thought it was fantastic, need to give it another re watch.
Slightly off topic but this is worth seeing if you haven't -

russia really lucked out with the last few US presidents. Obama and Biden favoured appeasement and didn’t have the political capital for a military engagement… Trump is corrupt and naive…..We didn’t know how good we had it with hawkish administration of Bush/Cheney.
Because it's not genuine.
Putin has gone through these motions before. In fact it makes perfect sense from his perspective. Russia engages in "peace talks", increases the maximalist demands that Ukraine (or the world) will never accept, then gets to accuse Ukraine of "not wanting peace" for rejecting them. It costs him nothing to do.
It's all an act. Like the sham referendums on occupied territory, the fake opposition in Russia, the false facade of a democracy (it's an autocracy), the fabricated propaganda and so on.
Supporters, apologists, contrarians fall for it (or pretend to) but few others do. Trump is a Putin supporter, and was already granting concessions to Russia (while punishing Ukraine) before agreements had even happened. It is possible Putin may exchange the current situation for stronger ties with the US - but even that seems flaky now.
Meddle in Irish security & Foreign policy what crack pots write this stuff ?
Some unknown man at a tiny so called protest is now meddling in our nations security and foreign policy. Give me a break.
Z jeep guy, Putin russia supporter, Russian imperialist, collaborator with dissident republicans in Ireland, soldier from Russia's invasion of Chechnya. Keep on eye out folks for this guy in Ireland.
Peace is Putins death sentence….
trumps comment re meeting up with Putin , IMO , came ‘out of the blue ‘ - ie totally unexpected. Wonder if that was the idea agreed between the both of them - Putin , of course , suggesting it. It makes a mocary of the Istanbul called meeting by Putin. It is another part of the unwritten strategy to delay any pause in the war. Putin WILL AGREE to meet Trump. But Putin is ‘a very busy’ man and may not be able to meet Trump very soon !!!!!! . The same with Trump. And if a meeting date is agreed it can be postponed /put off for a million reasons OVERALL OBJECTIVE is to delay any cease fire for as long as possible- at least until such time that it suits Putin
Them peace loving Russians struck again at civilians
Russian generals are desperate to tell Daddy Putin good news from the battlefield, this means they will push their troops headlong to gain ground, sh1t they can report back. Ukraine should exploit this desperation by falling back allowing the Russians to make ground into areas that they have 'prepared' for them...
The best way to get Russia into a ceasefire is to beat them on the battlefield. They've slowed them down majorly but it needs to be zero progress and even net gains by Ukraine before Russia will even consider stopping. The only other option is an economic catastrophe.
We've gone beyond the 30 day ceasefire, it just isn't going to happen for the foreseeable. A huge sticking point is the territory, I just can't see Ukraine voluntarily relinquish ground not held by the Russians, nevermind about official recognition of.
They have agreed to outline their vision of a future settlement in the next round of talks. The main points of each side are likely to be:
For the Russians: Cede the remainder of the four occupied oblasts to Russia, Ukrainian neutrality, limitations on Ukrainian military size and equipment.
For the Ukrainians: Freeze in conflict along the line of contact, Russian occupied areas not to be recognised, strive for unification through diplomatic means, Ukraine in NATO or military alignments with other western European nations, no restrictions on military size or equipment.
I'm thinking the ceding of more territory is a non-starter, but you can probably agree to neutrality and such and roll it back in a few years during peacetime like Finland. The occupied territories can be put on the long finger a bit like the reunification of east with west Germany through diplomatic and trade pressure.
Those hammer's are proving very effective. Nice to have a European supplier rather than rely on US JDAMS.
I've said it a few times why Russia will never give up 30 days and summer attacking but it should also be said Ukraine and allies have zero expectations of getting one either. They know the best time for Russia to take a break is the mud season and Ukraine shouldn't agree to it.
So why are Ukraine and allies making such a big move? Optics and a PR victory. Makes it clear to everyone Russia are stopping a ceasefire and Trump can't justify not continuing weapons to Ukraine.
I expect nothing to happen and after the summer is over and Russia needs a break the roles will reverse.
More here
Yes, it has gone from the possibility to the actuality.
Latest sources showing there are now upwards of 10 cauldrons in these fields with at least 3 cauldrons per arrow:
Won't someone think of the witches and their missing cauldrons.
That’s positive. Good to see, hopefully more progress over the coming days.
Meanwhile 372 planes…
Three airframe losses in a year is actually not bad at all, given that they were sent into a pretty nasty war zone. With more aircraft coming down the line, ongoing flight crew training in a safe location outside the conflict zone, and the fact that the deliveries are accompanied by a number of non-airworthy air frames as spare parts donors, Ukraine isn't really in a bad position.
I presume that's the case. I just checked the website of the Federal Government of Germany and the lists of both the delivered military supplies and the pledged supplies have disappeared from the website. Given that the Merz government has already announced that they'll be taking a stricter approach to OPSEC with regards to Ukraine, I'd say that we'll only found out if Ukraine has received Taurus if certain high-value targets start rapidly redistributing themselves over the surrounding countryside.
Great post. It looks terrible posting 3 time's in the last year that they lost an F-16 but as long as deliveries continue this is a very sustainable rate. The pilot's surviving is the most important thing.
The first was shot down by a mix up in Ukraine's air defence and I believe the pilot died. The second I think the Russians shot down and the pilot's died. This time it was a malfunction but importantly the pilot survived. That's just off the top of my head.
I think in all the doom and gloom it's hard to forget what an uphill battle Ukraine faced during the first 2-3 years. Severely outgunned. The Russians had a lot more missiles, artillery and armour. They should have ran out a lot sooner but Iran and North Korea propped them up.
The only downside is Ukraine have lost a lot of man power by now so while the bombardments are not as bad a lot of their experienced soldiers would be dead or injured. Hopefully as you or another poster said, Ukraine starting to get an edge in terms of firepower will show on the battlefield. Putin's armour will survive year 4 but how will it fair in year 5?
….
I wonder if this is code for "the Ukranians already have them"
