We do know what happened. He tested positive for Covid the day before he was photographed making a public appearance and again nine days before his 14-day quarantine ended. He’s taking the piss regarding covid laws.
But we don't know what happened. We have people speculating that he faked a positive test, we have speculation that he was taking multiple tests hoping for a false postitive, we have speculation that he was positive and out and about at events.
There was another really high profile athlete involved with sponsorship from their national postal service, wonder how that ended??? 🚲️ 🎾

Now that might not be the case, but you for you to say "he wasn't taking tests because he felt I'll" is **** idiotic.
He did have a PCR result pending-> result published on 16/12 (whether or not he knew the result is open for the debate).

He probably was taking daily tests hoping for a false positive. These tests aren't very accurate.
He wasn't taking tests because he felt ill, so the idea of his mingling after a test being a danger to the public is laughable.

What claims have I made? Everyone else is claiming that Djockovic is definitely a liar or has a definitely endangered others but can't provide details and don't want to wait for details but insist on jumping the gun with accusations of wrongdoing and cursing him out as some kind of criminal.
From this I conclude they have a bias against him (for being unvaccinated) since if they didn't have a bias they would just wait for the full story to emerge.

So, the facts of the case: he applied for a medical exemption on the basis of having had C19 (PCR result published date on 16/12). He met a crowd and engaged in no social distancing/masking on the 17/12. Now, either he did not have Covid, rendering his application false OR, he either knew about his infection and mingled or there was a delay in transmitting his positive result to him. However, he mingled knowing full well that he had a PCR test for Covid in the previous days.
He was seen again in public with no mask on the 25/12. Guidelines at the time stated he should isolate for 14 days.
No there isn't proof that he deliberately lied to the Australian authorities or wilfully endangered anyone (yet).
It has everything to do with vaccines because if Djockovic were vaccinated you wouldn't be bothered trying to blacken his name. He isn't vaxxed so you are throwing as much dirt at him as you can and hoping it will stick.
