Interestingly, the needle was found to be faulty when they tried to press the plunger while in my arm so they had to use a second needle.

Supply is absolutely the biggest issue. South Africa has an oversupply at present and it's only because of this that vaccines scheduled for there are now going to other African countries.

There's going to be a supply shortfall of 500,000,000 vaccines in 2021. Half a billion vaccines that are wanted that won't arrive.
African countries have been crying out for the removal of patent protection so they can produce the vaccines at home.

Considering that those are the ‘vulnerable’ category of society, you’d think think it could be organised so that they weren’t all standing together like that. If they were queuing like this for a nightclub it would be considered dangerous.
You fail to mention that boosters have only been available to people age 50 and above. It remains to be seen how "significant" the rollout will be for the rest of the population.
I'm am disabled had both my Astra jabs in beaumont hospital vaccination Centre was offered a booster in swords which as I don't drive was inaccessible to me I am still waiting for another offer now 2 weeks later think I'm going to go to a chemist over the weekend and just have it done

No sure healthy over 50 would be happy at being described as vulnerable.
Now the government is not MAKING you take this jab ..you can say NO....but if you do we will suspend/fire you from your place of work..then we will restrict your movement to fly/eat out in a restaurant,then when that won't work we are going to push through mandatory jabs that you don't want but we will still force you to take and if not then you may/could end up in jail .we the government have a vast amount of doctor's and health specialists to persuade you it's safe..
Got my booster yesterday. I'd zero symptoms with the first two jabs but some mild ones with this which kicked in 24 hours later. Felt like I'd a very mild head cold and I was quite tired. Didn't last very long at all though, maybe 3-4 hours. Feel 100% this morning now.

The only way I will be taking the booster is if I am coerced or outright forced to do it.
Double vaccinated in the summer on the premise that this was good for me and my family and that things would "go back to normal".
So if it looks like it'll cost me my job or otherwise impact my life then, OK, I will submit and take the booster.
The entire situation is a disgrace. Remember when we were all about consent and individual freedoms and bodily autonomy in this country?
