Refund after Application hasnt worked for 1 month now

Hi All,

I am wondering is it possible for getting a refund on an app I purhcased(€29.99) in the Apple App Store.

Its stopped working over month ago, I have emailed the developer 3 times with no response.

I was wondering is it possible to get a refund or what are my options?

Should I contact Apple or initiate a charge back ?

How long was the app working for previous?

Is your phone on the latest version of software etc?

Is this issue isolated to just you or other users?

Worked for 1/2 months. Everythings up to date, I have the latest device/ IOS and app is up to date.

Not sure if its isolated but it doesnt work and I have not received a response from the developer

As the app worked originally for a month or so then they will say the app worked. It probably needs an update because something is broken. What app is it?

There may be an option to request a refund from there.

there is no option, to refund. Contacted apple and they wont refund under 2 months and have suggested a chargeback. I pointed out SOGA but they wernt interested. Il check with the bank
