What's with the story of the whole town/village of Sneem being vaccinated? Ordered 300 instead of 30. That's 270 used outside the guidelines not 20.
Wish it was Kilgarvan and have MHR deny he had anything to do with it.

What about the overlap? these are not two separate distinct groups.
Great to see the actual % of the pop vaccinated going up. Three more months should get us there, along as we get the supply.

Update : as of the Govt portal , 24/03 is now the best day for vaccinations ( data only went up about 90 mins ago )

Probably to stop a mass influx of unvaccinated people when they open up and we're still in the neverending lockdown. Common travel area means if we are vaccinated and they are vaccinated it makes movement a bit easier.

IF this is true, it is a very, very clever political ploy by Boris. Offer the Irish vaccines, an EU member, and the EU can't get quite as pissed that the UK is hoarding vaccines for itself.

It's kinda what Russia have been doing. Not that I'd be complaining about countries using vaccines for political reasons, as long as I can benefit!

Amazing news if true, though of course it is all dependent on when they can be delivered.

If they're going to wait until they've vaccinated their own people first then it's little use to us, as we'll likely also have a surplus of vaccines by then.

However, if they're prepared to give them to us within the next 4-6 weeks that would be a major shot in the arm to our vaccine program, if you'll pardon the pun.
